I remember its original showing. It was before surround sound, and the advertising told people to tune their boomboxes to a certain channel to get a simulcast of the audio sound in STEREO!! It really sounded good, too.

I would continue to enjoy both of the Ewok movies, as generic 1980s fantasy adventure films, even if they weren't under the Star Wars umbrella. I have to agree though, Battle for Endor is unquestionably superior. With these titles available on Disney+, I think there is also room for a Blu-ray release, and an expansion into a third adventure. I enjoy the majority of the streaming content Disney is producing, but it would be fun for another generation to experience a new Ewok adventure, and escape from the established boundaries of the current timeline that's being explored on other series.

The only thing I really was depressed about it was: Her brother and Parents get Killed 10 minutes into the MOVIE! YOu knew the Girl would Live at the End! Yes, been at least 20 years since I saw this. 8/10! *Find Videos of Nintendo, NFL, and more by Jim NFL 7!*
