The council of ladies really surprise us sometimes 😅 Except for ladie number 4 😂 But it is very interesting to know the ladies opinion, really makes me look from a different perspective.
Lil' 6mm had a mismatch with that tuning; who knows, might have benefited if it was more JM-1 and omitted the bass & mid-bass boost. Definitely an eye-catcher and why we need more bright color choices from iem's😀
Another ultra budget set to add to my list. My KZ Saga and TRN MT5 finally came in and I started comparing them along with the KZ EDC Pro. Fun to collect all these smaller sets honestly, great review yet again!
I'm impressed that you get a perfect fit right away, i had to tip roll it to get them to stay in my ears, wasn't easy. Might have been the ear hooks in combination with them being lightweight and small size i guess. I'm happy for the "meh" in the end, regreat i didn't wait for reviews before i buy them.. they are pretty tho lol
@@tiagonvs6 I’m usually pretty good with my Spinfits. I can typically get a good mount/seal on the first or 2nd try. They’re my go-to all rounder tips.
The only way I was able to make Rue passable was by finding tips that almost but don't fully seal. That way the one note hollow bass freqs are turned down the the stage opens up a bit. Then some minor EQing to make it a warm mid centric set. I agree is not worth getting. There are other small nozzle sets out these. I ended up using them to listen to podcast during commute, but for that even $10 JBLs and Sonys work. And the Truthear Hola, CCA Trio both of which I bought for $12-15 are a lot better.
On the topic of cheap single DD's, are you going to review the Shanling MG20? I lowkey dig their appearance and Shanling seems to have pretty good stuff.
The lack of bass quality can be attributed to the 6mm DD. I understand why they'd opt for such a small driver, but it's not very convincing when you have IEM's like the Tanchjim One that's got roughly the same shell size and houses a 10mm DD. I'm all for a smaller driver, so long as it's not compromising the mix. Losing the low end rumble honestly makes music boring. It's sad cos these could've made for a great gift as they look quite nice
@@muhammadali.8170 I agree, I think the 6mm DD is struggling with this tuning. My wife still uses them all the time for the gym and commuting, but they’re not her first choice for music.
@@bigbuckoramma I just got the Libra X in for review. And I think the EDC Pro and the Libra X make an interesting Duo. They’re sorta the Zero and Zero:2 tunings but at $15 and below. Really interesting stuff
The stats graphic is wrong! The Rue uses a 6mm driver as I mention in the video. Apologies for the mistake.
The hitchhikers guide call out made me unreasonably happy! Thank you for another great review!
It had me immediately reaching for my towel...

Great review as per AA. I bought these recently and your impressions very much chime with mine.
I would buy these but I'm afraid I might... Rue the day.😉 Thank you for another great review! 👍
😅
Great review! You’ve been too nice with this eye-candy ear-abomination 😅
@@kr33k00 it’s one of those where I really liked it until I compared it side-by-side with others hahaha.

Nice review
As a fellow tiny ear haver, it’s always nice to have some budget options!😊
For a lil bit more, wyvern Abyss is a good set, if you eq down the upper mids a .
@@AronAddams7 agreed. Spend a little more, get MUCH better sound quality. I think they might discount these a lot though.
@AudioAmigoReviews yeah, not that there's the Ignite x beast, the abyss will often be on sale.

Loving Kinera/QoA at least for making sizes appropriate for tiny lady ears (Adonis is fantastic here, plus yanno, bass). 🤔 h2g2 let's gooooo.
looks like cable alone better than those on kz
would buy one in pink to add to my little collection
Vogan poetry for the next Mike test please.
I would, but I don't want to be responsible for any deaths hahaha
Gracias, Amigo!

i'll buy the Rue for the cable(with mic) alone...

why u say its 6mm driver but your spec picture shows 10mm?? so its a 6 or 10mm?
6mm! Sorry I messed up the graphic. I'll try to fix it with youtubes editor. I'll pin a comment. Thanks for letting me know!
@AudioAmigoReviews all good thanks for clarification

Surprised the EDC Pro didnt make an appearance in the video. Or did you not want it to be a total blood bath? 😂
