Love this version you did! I saw you mentioned that you "added stereo" in the description. Would you mind explaining how you went about doing this? By that do you just mean you exported out the wavs of each track, threw them in a DAW, panned them and added possible reverb/delay?
@@ballandpaddle cool! Well the way you did it feels tasteful. It's much wider than the raw sound but still feels like it coming out of a retro console. I feel the way I mix the exported WAVs makes them sound a bit too modern/polished. Always love finding other chip artists!
Yeah, this is transposed up to get a better sound out of the Famicom's audio system. That, and once I started to make the bass, there was no turning back because it was soooo much work

If the Megaman soundtrack had been composed by Sunsoft it would be epic. Sunsoft and Konami always used the sound chip very well.
