Our 2014 Kia Soul is a sought 1.6 GDi Petrol model, meaning it is ULEZ compliant. This is the 2nd generation of Kia Soul which was launched in 2014 and is a vast improvement over earlier cars in terms of both the specification and dynamics. Whilst the cars distinctive looks are similar to previous models, it has many revisions and improvements which make it look thoroughly modern. Let me 1st of all say - I LOVE the Kia Soul - Here is a car which combines a higher than normal ride height with practicality and economy. I have always been a big fan of these cars and customers always appreciate the ease of access, thanks to a low sill and higher-than-normal seating position. This translates to a car with excellent visibility on the road, where you feel elevated above other road users. If you have been looking at cars like the Vauxhall Mokka or Nissan Juke, then you need to consider the Soul. It is bigger, more practical and dynamically superior to rival offerings, plus it comes with the solid reliability of Kia's engineering know-how. A great all-rounder and something of an unsung hero in this sector!
This is the "Connect Plus" model which has a superb specification including 17" alloy wheels, bluetooth telephone and dual zone climate controlled air-conditioning. The dashboard features a modern touch-screen design as well as more conventional switches for the cars heating and ventilation controls. A majority of the cars electrical goodies are controlled from the multi-function steering wheel including the upgrade spec hifi and the cars cruise control, which make it brilliant for long motorway journeys.
The Soul is a distinctive looking car which has plenty of room inside for 5 adults. Thanks to its high roofline and relatively flat floor the Soul is spacious and comfortable. The squared off body shape ensures there is plenty of room inside and the boot space is a respectable 354 litres which can be further extended by the split-folding rear seats. Thanks to that elevated driving position visibility is excellent. It is as comfortable as most luxury saloons so you will happily cover long distances in this car. Our Connect plus model has the factory cruise control and a 6 speed manual gearbox, so it's easy to drive with a commanding view of the road that makes it easy to judge tight gaps and weave in and out of city streets.
Overall I would find it hard to fault this car in any way. The car has had 2 owners from new and comes with a large amount of service history which I will list below. The cars condition is superb with clean and well presented bodywork which I think looks all the better in white. The alloys are in a contrasting black and along with the bodywork do have a couple of very minor marks which we will touch in prior to sale. Also, the car is going to have a full interior valet prior to delivery to its new owner. All upholstry is in excellent condition with no signs of any excess wear and no tears. Of course I will also give this car a full service prior to sale, as we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
