Review of Nissan Ariya Evolve e-4orce. Many thanks to Fish Brothers Nissan of Swindon for the loan of this vehicle, for charging mine while I was there and for being all-round good chaps.
I got mine nearly two weeks ago and absolutely love it, I went for the 2 wheel drive version as wanted the extra space under the boot floor that is a good size even with the Bose Sub Woofer and it's plenty fast enough for us and only need a tow bar for the bike rack, the 4WD can tow up to 1500Kg unlike mine at 750Kg. Still learning all the bells and whistles but so impressed so far. Tested the auto parking function yesterday, amazing. Comfort is sublime as you mentioned and my other half is also happy because of that. Not sure what you said about the suspension set up suits the 4WD better as the rear motor only operates when needed, so very very rarely, but not driven that version so you could be correct.
@@C-L66 yes, good points, thank you for making them. I think the point is in the FWD version, the front has to be quite stiff because it's handling all of the power, all of the time. The AWD version can soften up the front a little because some of the power is going through the other axle. It benefits from that. On a badly surfaced roundabout, when you've come in a bit hot, the AWD is utterly transformative. Probably other situations too 😉 FWD was a bit torque-steery as well. e-4orce banished that. The boot space - not great on the FWD car, suffers even more, but it's not a load lugger, never was.
Love your videos but one correction it's an Areeeyaa not areea. Think game of thrones and it was named after the Nissan CEO's daughter. I would love one it only arrived into my country officially in November, own a leaf and i just love the leaf one pedal driving.

@@RichardBrooklyn yes, what I meant to say is I've never driven a Model Y. I've been driven*in* one a number of times. But the experience of the interior, which is what I was referencing, is broadly the same across all Teslas.
