i hope i can learn more tricks to you because I got mental block for doing some tricks, I wish i can learn cheat 720 and 900 kick hehehe. Keep it up, more subscribers to come
A LOT of it has to do with how well you can lift your head away from the ground. When you're kicking down with you landing leg, really try to pull your head up towards the sky. Think of it like a reverse bow. Use you back muscles to shoot your head up quickly. I hope that helps!
I will eventually, I just haven't been training Kicks much in the last few months. With my new format, I might pepper in a bunch of separate tutorials instead of doing them in a row. We'll see :)
Hey! There are so many: Frisbee, Aerial Switch, Aerial Semi, Aerial Mega, Webster, Aerial Twist, Frisbee Full down, Turn Aerial into Gainer, Btwist and then all it's variations. TONS. Here is a video for turning Aerial into Webster for example: th-cam.com/video/xRcl91sVU5Y/w-d-xo.html
0:54 I disagree with your statement that the aerial is more of a power move. I think that hip flexibility is much more important for the aerial than power. The more you can open up your hips and do the splits, the less power would be required to do the aerial. Likewise, people who are more flexible in their hips are able to open up their legs wide and do the splits more quickly, that's the most important factor in performing an aerial. Of course, people who are unable to do the splits can also perform the aerial can compensating with more explosive jump power. However, those aerials do not look as clean as the aerials that are performed with maximum hip flexibility.
When you kick, you have to fully extend the leg and when you jump you have to fully extend the leg. Once you do that, stay active through the motion with your legs and they should stay straight. If you absolutely cannot then it's an issue of flexibility and you need to stretch more and work towards front splits.
Thank you so much! And I never knew anyone could rock the Tintin haircut as well as you.

How to i keep up my legs straight. The one which i kick up for tricker aerial.

I have low flexibility and have knee and back pain, should I max out my b kick, blaster scoot and one handed cartwheel and work on stretching?
Just spend like 3 months doing yoga every day or take time off. Low back pain and knee pain are among the worst things to leave unaddressed.
@@ZakFerguson did I mention I’m a teenager and I haven’t finished growing yet, dunno if that makes a difference
@Crokyboieditz, changes, even slightly, in height or weight can, it just takes some getting used to again.
