I have a question about rotation direction: Like you, I also spin to the left and side flip to the left, even though i recognize that a side flip to the left involves a 90 degree turn to the right. But it still feels more natural. For me I think it has to do more with which leg I jump off (left) and wanting that leg to be in front. I jump off my left leg to do a Webster, a running 360, and I stand on it to do a hook kick (which i suck at due to low flexibility 🤦). I also cartwheel to the left and dive roll 360 with left foot forward (full 360 to the right) so i don't have to change which foot i jump off (i do a gather step takeoff not a punch). So my question is: does direction of rotation trump jumping leg? At least for most people? Because for me it doesn't 🤷🙂
Can you make a tutorial on how to do the splits pose? What i mean is doing a flip and landing in splits at the end like backflip to splits or cork to splits
Hahahahaha no. steps: 1. learn the splits 2. learn to land super controlled on something. (able to land in complete, eagled, and hyper at least. 3. Do good flip, cork etc, land controlled then drop into splits. 4. repeat until you don't have to land on your feet first. ✌🏻

I really can't tell you without seeing it, but I explain it in the video. Basically you lean back hard to make it flip more over your head and you have a more open body for Gainer Flash.
