    I'd still love and rock one of these daily for working on stuff around my place. I'd argue that these still have a place and will outlast any new sub compact tractor.

      I would agree. They are just as fun to use as they are to collect! Built very heavy, these will last generations!

    I have a 1962 Cub Cadet Original with a RD-300 Danco loader on it. It's a handy little machine.

      Nice! That is a very similar loader to the RD-1000, pretty much identical in function. I would agree that it’s handy!

      @fleecydalefarm2840 The one I have the original pump was replaced with an electric pump.

    I Just picked me up one of these don't know much about them trying to learn something.
    I was told it's a 1960 w/ danco loader?

      Nice! 1960 would make it a Cub Cadet “Original”, and the correct Danco loader would be a model “RD-300”.
