I just started league a couple months ago and jungle is my favorite role by far. League has a very steep learning curve so just learning what every champ does took some time. Im at the point now where I can watch these videos and actually understand your thought process. This video is great. I got to diamond playing support and then stopped playing ranked so I could fully focus on my school and boxing, but a year later I decided I wanted to try ADC and get diamond on another role. That went awful and I plummeted (fuck playing ADC hahaha), so I tried jungle.
Honestly, I did not realize how much there was to jungling. It looks like I got to plat as a jungler strictly off of my mechanics/decision making in the mid/late game, because I did not realize how much went into early game impact as a jungler. Obviously I saw it and was aware of it, but I did not understand what it was like to be behind the wheel of it and to implement that pressure myself. I have just been mindlessly going from camp to camp and looking for open ganks/taking objectives at good times.
Spawn timers and timing everything out/jungle tracking is huge, I'm sure you have videos on that so I will check it out because I need to work on that. I have no idea how to fully track the enemy jungler (I'm good at predicting where they are just because I've played League for so long and I'm good about pinging them out on the map, but I don't have it down to a science I just am good with knowing when/where things should be happening).

Love the coaching content Eagz. I'm a d2 kayn 1 trick trying to implement your playstyle into my kayn games since I hit d2 by basically just full clearing like agurin teaches. But now games are starting to feel too coinflippy by only full clearing and I want more control over the games. I have no idea why this playstyle work so well for agurin but my diamond games are hard by full clearing. Going to try out a more agressive playstyle like you teach and hopefully see good results.
there is no playstyle tbh bro agurin reacts to the info only after he full clears, i just do it during each camp regardless of what time in the game it is

Fantastic video. Building on what youre saying, what is the best resource to learn jg timers and is there shaco specific things related to timers I should know?
Thanks man! Best resource to learn jungle timers umm...well these are the ones you want to know:
- 2:30 level 3 ganks/crossover to other side of map
- 3:30 crab
- 4:15 first camp respawn
- 5:00 drake
- 6:40/7 first buff respawn
- 8:00 herald
And nothing here is Shaco-specific. Jungling is a role, the champion has very little/nothing to do with it. Hope I answered everything 🥳

Hey bro good question…umm probably because I feel as if I won’t get a better time than this to use it. I could maybe wait until the wave is shoved and we get it to 2 plates, but I lose tempo on the rest of the map. Hope that answers it 🙏
13:15 why top Tower is bad if shen can roam after
Shen roaming doesn't mean anything because he will let Tryndamere free farm if he isn't in lane, and he has his R to influence the map. I also want to give gold to champs who are more important to 'carrying' - so Syndra and Sivir in this game. Hope that answers your question 👍

I Think a "how to climb as a jungler" target the lower division (gold-plat-diamond) would help a lot of people including myself. Youre not talking nonsense like 99% of other jg ytbers like virkaju and neace etc

You say taking a 2 plate tower top for shen is a bad tower. I understand by taking the t1 you fuck up his wave state possibly and not accelerating a champion with gold velocity is a trade off. But would sharing the first turret gold or taking it all to yourself be much better for your autonomy in game and insanely good for tempo? As almost any jungler in SoloQ would you not prefer to have the gold on you? This is obviously where peoples different ideologies and play styles come into play. You always say that there is no style, just the right play... but plays like these are super debatable.
Hey bro, that's a good point, but your tempo is better if you just recall straight away (because tempo is recalling) and you can get a 'better' tower out of it. If that Shen is a Darius who is super fed, 100% you drop it top (and I live coached Doaenel to do that in one of his games, he had a Yasuo top who was like 5-0 with 10cs per min). It's not bad to put it top in this game, but I can get pre much the same gold but a much better tower. Hope that answers it 😉
