      I never understood why things like this and everything to do with education is not free. Besides the fact people and corporations want to make a profit like anyone else. But if we want to become better beings, being educated and healthy is the best approach. Why not recieve this information for free.

    Just want to say a big thank to mark and the super training team! The amount of awesome content is unreal! Have bought 2 slangers so far (grew out of the first one) and its great to see how well its going!
    Definitely recommend getting one! Been using mine as of late every week, currently doing higher volume bench twice a week with a bit lower percentages and its a great to throw in at the end of my sets just doing 1x1 long pause with something just bellow my raw max just to keep me use to heavier weights.

      Eugene Peni If you really want me to say.."Fitness" isn't hardcore powerlifting, bodybuilding, taking pre workout supplements, anabolic steroids etc etc. Things on the more extreme end of the spectrum don't fall into the category of what one needs for "fitness" or to be "fit" per se. I dig a lot of it no doubt! I'm lifetime drug-free though.. However I see it for what truly it is..

    Technique question: When Chad did his bench he did not wrap his thumb around the bar. Wouldn't be really difficult to teach someone to bench and keep the bar over the wrist and wrist over the shoulder without using the thumb to maintain the bar position over the wrist. Not to mention that if u drop the bar it will freakin hurt.

    Mark I'm from Canada and I recently purchased your Gangsta wraps and Knee Wraps, the products are absolutely amazing but I have a small concern
    I thought the total would be just the products itself ($85 plus tax) plus a tiny shipping fee. But at the end I was charged $160 in total because the amount was converted into CAD and the shipping fee was around $30.
    Do you know if there's any solution/ way around this for international customers without having to deal with the hefty additional pricing?

    The lats are PRIMARY movers in the bench, not just stabilizers. Why? Because the lats become a humeral FLEXOR and works with the pecs, triceps and delts in the lowest 1/4th / 1/3rd of the movement, depending on how narrow the grip is.
    Remember that the lats like any other movement will pull the insertion toward insertion. Now, the lats are in neutral about when the arm is perpendicular with the body. This should be between 4-8 inches off your chest!!! As you surpass that, you'll stretch the lats and it'll work as a major spring giving you a huge boost off the chest, if executed properly.
    This is incredibly important.
    I repeat: The lats ARE primary movers in the bench!

      I'm pretty sure he had a world record squat for his weight class too, 1080lb
