Carl have you looked into carnivore or keto, I have been very ill and have turned my life around by cutting ALL processed carbs and sugar. Please just try it for 30 days. It’s a lifestyle change for sure but you have much to gain by just trying it out.
Yes I’ve tried all sorts. A diet wont cure Parkinson’s and there’s lots of debate around diet. The best seems to be Mediterranean. High protein blocks the medication for Parkinson’s which is problematic
