- Aunte Paula making a Belauan staple called Billum. Ingredients are tapioca roots grated and then mixed with coconut milk. You then wrap the mixture into coconut leave and boil for 4 to 6 hours...not 2 hours. I misunderstood my Aunte Sera when she actually said 4 hours.

The Billum is too small like the size of the pencil ✏️ I remember my mom and all the woman in Ngiwal made them large enough to eat with your meat and fish 🐟 etc.
