番茄炒蛋有几种不同的做法法,有嫩滑般的,咸香版的。。
今天我要分享的呢,是我爱吃的版本:先把鸡蛋炒香后再调配番茄酱汁一起煮。如果你喜欢嫩滑的版本,可以先把番茄酱汁调好,拿出来放一边,然后在鸡蛋炒至七分熟的时候把番茄酱汁加进去稍微翻炒就可以了~

Hi guys, today I want to share with you my appetizing Stir-Fried Tomatoes and Eggs recipe!
There are different ways of making stir-fried tomatoes and eggs, the way I usually make is to fry the eggs until golden brown first, then make the tomato sauce and stir them together.
If you prefer a silkier version, you can make the tomato sauce first, set it aside, and then add it into the fry eggs mixture when the eggs is about 70% cooked.
