  • 大家好,好久不见啦~ 这次我来做一点不一样的,我们来做涂面包超级好吃,直接吃更加过瘾的香香甜甜椰糖咖椰酱~~~
    P/S: 我的咖椰是属于不会太甜的版本,喜欢吃甜的朋友可以自行加更多的糖~
    为什么说是反败为胜的咖椰酱??因为在我拍视频的时候出现了没遇到过的问题😱
    这次不是我第一次做咖椰,来到英国之后我有做过两次,都是成功的。
    只是拍这支视频的时候用了与以往不同的锅煮,结果就出问题了!当下心情真的是无法形容。。还好最后硬着头皮用我的聪明才智解决了 XDDD
    其实这次会用钢碗来煮是想让大家可以更清楚看到咖椰的质地。但是没想到最后咖椰会变得有颗粒感。经过我的小小调查,发现可能是因为这个钢碗底部有一圈很小的角落是打蛋器的死角,让咖椰在那个小角落不停遇热结块,又不停被弄散,结果就这样把整锅咖椰变得不滑了😭😭😭
    但是!还好我有搅拌机,稍微打一打就顺滑如丝了,耶 ✌
    所以千万不要以为咖椰煮到有颗粒感就是坏掉,然后把辛辛苦苦站半天煮出来的咖椰酱拿去倒掉哦,只要用搅拌机打一打就可以轻轻松松地反败为胜了~

    Hi guys, today I will make something special, I will show you how to make delicious kaya spread (Coconut Egg Jam)!
    P/S: I like my kaya not too sweet so this is just nice for me, if you prefer sweeter kaya, simply add more sugar to your liking yeah~
    There is a small problem when making this kaya, which I never encountered before - my kaya came out grainy and I was so worried...😱
    I made several times of kaya before and I never have this kind of problem. The only difference is the pot that I used to make my kaya.
    So I did some investigation. I believe it's because this metal bowl has a tiny edge at the bottom which my whisk could not reach. And then the kaya in the tiny edge solidifies, eventually it became thick enough to be scrape off, and then repeat again and again and turned my kaya into grainy texture😭😭😭
    HOWEVER, I did manage to make it to perfect kaya again by blending it using hand blender, yay!!!✌
