    The last time I posted a comment, I had to pause the video 3 times. Today, I only had to pause one time. Progress is small, but it's still progress. I'm getting better every week! Thanks to people who encouraged me! :)

    Last year when we were all doing stay-at-home, my daughter(18 yr old) and I followed the Body Project workouts. I constantly shared your videos on my Facebook page, to remind my friends to stay active. My daughter is off to university now and I miss our workouts together but it was a great memory for us, during a time when things were not so great. Thanks for the motivational workouts! I'm still keeping up with them. I've gotten used to rolling right out of bed and doing my workout, not having to drive anywhere or prepping to leave the house.

    I went from not working out at all to one body project video a day. I am pregnant but have still been steadily gaining muscle/toning, which has alleviated my back pain! Love you guys!!!

    the ski sits at the end of every Alex workout is like a cherry on the top lol. her workout are already so tough and then that last bit really pulls it all together

    So incredibly greatful for these workouts. I’ve been doing them consistently for the past 9 weeks and eating better. I’ve lost 17lbs in 9 weeks. Thank you for making these 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

    Love trying these new videos when they come out. Try and start a few days a week with getting up at 4am and beginning my day with a Body Project workout before breakfast. After 1.5 years, down about 70 lbs from when I started, still love the positive energy and good vibes these workouts provide. Awesome job, keep it up please!

    I lost 15lb in 2 months last year by doing workouts with Daniel and Alex and gained all back during covid.. now here I am starting a new journey again. Super excited!

    This is actually nice as a woman with PCOS, I am looking for 30 min low-impact standing with weights exercise ever since the quarantine started in 2020, AND THIS IS JUST PERFECT!

      Back in last january, i start working out with one of their video : could'nt do more than 20 minutes out of the full 30... within one month, i could do the full 30 minutes with weight in my hands!! Keep going ✨✨✨

    Excellent & tough workout! Thanks for always including low impact and standing options. It means I can keep my strength up with gyms closed and workout without our puppy jumping all over me.     At last - a great new workout from Team BP. I've been doing a mix of your workouts since December 2020. I love the variety you provide and the low impact options. This is a challenging new routine with some new exercises to challenge us. Thanks for this and the great instruction throughout - hate those silent videos when the instructors don't instruct.       @@hishwebdesign Hi 👋🏿! So I mostly follow a vegetarian diet and I do intermittent fasting and OMAD most days. I workout everyday for about an hour, and I do workouts here on TH-cam. I’m doing another one from Body Project currently 😀! I’m documenting my entire weight loss journey on my channel if you are interested 🤗!

    My favorite workout I've have been doing this for a week straight the instructor just knows how to work with natural bodies right when I want to give up the next move is a bit of recovery. Love the low impact and my favorite person is the lady in the blue she keeps me motivated as well as all the other ladies in their own way. Thank you for this!

    I kept sticking to the advanced HIIT because I love it & because it said advanced I thought it was top - Daniel said this isn’t the hardest thing you do through body project & it’s not really a challenge anymore so I braved it & gave it a go, I loved it! Will certainly be doing it again 😀

    THANK YOU FOR THE LOW IMPACT INTENSE WORKOUT!! I recently got shin splints from running and was worried about keeping up with my intense workouts without making my recovery worse. This workout was wonderful and intense with options to keep me from putting too much pressure on my shins. THANK YOU!

    I had a break from cardio for a bit and I went to this video and wow I literally paused so many times just to complete this 😂😂 I’m so proud of myself! I had a fitness belt on as well and the tank underneath was absolutely soaked, this was an incredible work out! So grateful for you guys!! 💕💕

    Your videos are making me fit some are harder then others but just what I feel like I switch in between workouts. I am borderline diabetic.     I am down 60 pounds and have added significant muscle tone over the past year. I mostly stick to the low impact videos because my old knees can't take the high impact. I haven't been doing anything crazy, just eating a moderately low cal diet (16 - 1800 kcal a day, 1 cheat day a week) and doing a Team Body Project video every week day. My favorites have been the Turbo 20s video from about a year ago, and the recent Max Fat Burner with Christine and Kristen. I just wanted to throw a testamonial/thankyou comment on one of your videos. I really appreciate your content.
