The Ploylimnio Waterfalls were gorgeous! It must have been so beautiful in person! GREAT drone shots! Seeing those pancakes makes me want some right now! They looked sooo good! Loved the video, and can't wait to visit Greece again. Last time was on a motorbike, and our favourite location was Meteora . Sorry to see security is causing you both anxiety. Having also had an attempted break in whilst we were asleep in the van we too are very security conscious. A few thoughts: On the inside of our vans front doors we have fitted 'Milenco Cab Door Locks'. These are swivelled over to stop the doors from being opened, and are fitted with keys. We lock these in place when we leave the van and when we're inside asleep - if we have any concerns (but we do keep the key handy for an emergency!). If you have any motorhome style windows, you can also fit 'Lock M Out' sleeves which slip over the handles which prevent them being opened from outside. Lastly for your sliding door there are a number of dead locks you could have fitted. So basically lock your front doors, window and back doors from inside and use your sliding door to exit and return. Just a few thoughts! Thanks for the entertaining videos.

You guys always make your videos light and funny, but as Philly said, there were a few "overstimulating" events this week. I hope the pancakes and free German beers were soothing enough to counter! I think I've mentioned this before, but I am rather phobic with stinging insects, too. Bees I'm okay with now (mostly), but wasps and hornets can buzz off! Favorite pancake topping? Hey guys! Get a set of recovery boards - MaxxTraxx or similar (there’s other options), a spade and a 9M recovery strap with 2 x soft shackles. This will save embarrassment in the future. Also consider all terrain tyres. Airing down your tyres before you got dig in, might have saved you, but you’d need to be able to reinflate afterwards - 12v air compressors are cheap enough. Recovery boards would have allowed to to bridge and cross that washed out road section - though walking is a better option, if you can.
Oh and for the pancakes 🥞… they did look 🤤 yummy. As a Canadian 🇨🇦, pure Maple 🍁 syrup is always my first choice, but I also love sour cream with brown sugar on top.

Brought back some memories from my travels in Greece, I was parked in the same place in Pylos and Voidkilia Beach. Well done for making to the caves, I started walking up there but gave up as seemed too far to go. The view from even a little way up though is great. Are you leaving the Peloponnese over the suspension bridge on the West? It's a toll bridge unfortunately, but really spectacular. You can park underneath the bridge and walk up onto it, which I'd recommend if you have time.
We have already left via the bridge, didn't realise you could walk up onto it that would have been cool. Final destination Lefkada and then home for MOT 💔💔

The water gets warmer the closer you get to Kyllini. Even in August, there is a noticeable difference in the water temp from the south to north of the peninsula.

Just thinking out loud, I think you’d get great benefit out of raising the suspension of the van, and if could budget for it, bigger and knobbly tyres. Would have saved you on the beach and you’d have got down that wee dirt track no baw.
Most people are helpful. Anyway a good presentation and thank you for highlighting the worry after being burgled and having things stolen, but it is the invasion of your personal space that leaves a scar and a fearful sense, keep going and enjoy yourselves.

Hey Anthony, great questions. We've been living full time in our van for almost 3.5 years. To be honest we prefer it to when we lived in flats/house. However we do miss having a work space, especially with us both working and editting in the van one on the table one on the bed, it takes its toll. So I think we would love to get a bigger van so we could have a big desk space for us to both work on. And maybe have a toilet that has a wee curtain to close you off lol
I’m pretty sure there’s a staircase built into the cave . The bees were put in there to make the enemy Vikings have to climb all the way up to the castle . That would cause them to be so tired that they’d be easier to defeat . Always love to see Keely dive right into the water . I’ve been worried one day she’ll dive in before checking how deep it is and hit her forehead . Love The Jungle Book . Just took me right back there . Love it love it love it 🥰 Brings back wonderful memories, we took our old Bedford CI Motorhome down to Greece, through the then Yugoslavia in I think 1986/7 with our two young sons and made such memories, it was awesome then and I’m reliving it all again with you. Thank you so much 🙏🏻 🥰

Brought back some memories from my travels in Greece, I was parked in the same place in Pylos and Voidkilia Beach. Well done for making to the caves, I started walking up there but gave up as seemed too far to go. The view from even a little way up though is great. Are you leaving the Peloponnese over the suspension bridge on the West? It's a toll bridge unfortunately, but really spectacular. You can park underneath the bridge and walk up onto it, which I'd recommend if you have time.
We have already left via the bridge, didn't realise you could walk up onto it that would have been cool. Final destination Lefkada and then home for MOT 💔💔

The water gets warmer the closer you get to Kyllini. Even in August, there is a noticeable difference in the water temp from the south to north of the peninsula.

Just thinking out loud, I think you’d get great benefit out of raising the suspension of the van, and if could budget for it, bigger and knobbly tyres. Would have saved you on the beach and you’d have got down that wee dirt track no baw.

Hey Anthony, great questions. We've been living full time in our van for almost 3.5 years. To be honest we prefer it to when we lived in flats/house. However we do miss having a work space, especially with us both working and editting in the van one on the table one on the bed, it takes its toll. So I think we would love to get a bigger van so we could have a big desk space for us to both work on. And maybe have a toilet that has a wee curtain to close you off lol
I agree we were always worried about leaving the van. Just take care both of you.

I’m pretty sure there’s a staircase built into the cave . The bees were put in there to make the enemy Vikings have to climb all the way up to the castle . That would cause them to be so tired that they’d be easier to defeat . Always love to see Keely dive right into the water . I’ve been worried one day she’ll dive in before checking how deep it is and hit her forehead . Love The Jungle Book . Just took me right back there .
