I mean filler is a colloquial term for any content that isn't directly related to the main narrative and exists simply to "fill" space between primary content. Anime has filler because they run over the source material, but Manga itself can release chapters totally unrelated to the main plot either as side-content or just to cover a delay in the release of new story-driven material.

Not so much hinting it as he is slapping the viewer and the other characters in the face with the fact. Probably the only problem I have with how they handled it. Which is saying something given it's very minor problem.

RatedxOwzy No, he's made by Gero, but he's not an android. He's an artificial being, no mechanics like gears or anything like that.
I think this is why Cell is so nice to Yamcha. He respects him because Yamcha has long since made peace with the fact that he is horribly outclassed by literally everyone (except maybe Korin and Yajarobe). Yet he's still out there, knowing he's still part if the 1% of strongest on Earth and chooses to help everyone else.
It also could be the Yamcha cells in Cell that caused him to be nice to Yamcha.
Then again, I don't think the Abridged Cell has any Yamcha Cells in him

I know yamcha is the comic relief character of dbza (which says a lot) and he got his baseball career, but I still feel sad every time he gets fucked over by life. It took them five years to finish this arc.
For the Buu saga, it’d take maybe an hour for them to raise $100,000 on Kickstarter to pay for season four.
But then there would be even more issues with copyright, since they're technically receiving an income for using someone else's intellectual property
Charles Peralo you could get around that tho, make a kickstarter for Merch, make it a shit load more expensive than it should be, use 5% on the merch, yet use the rest for the show.... I dunno, maybe donations could work aswell

I always remember this voice for Gero, no matter what I just hear this one.
It's so perfect, probably the most fitting voice for a character.
