Would definitely be interested in the larger Crossfit video if you can find someone who would be willing to work with you! (or maybe a former crossfit gym that has now gone independent?)
So many crossfit coaches would meet with you I am a L-2 crossfit coach I would meet with you. That ceo actually was forced to resign over the George floyd comments.
I used to be a personal trainer in a gym down the street from a CrossFit gym. At least once a month I had someone come to me because they got injured doing CrossFit and wanted to train safer. This told me all I ever needed to know about it.
Crossfit scares me so much. That they glorify overdoing it so much they have a mascot for pushing yourself so hard you puke is disgusting. It helped me see the ableism in fitness culture because with Crossfit there wasn't the subtlety other areas of the community have. They seem very proud of the ableism.
You are literally a breath of fresh freakin air. Fitness for me is part mental health, sprinkle of sweat and moving. Moving however and wherever you can!
“If you are just mixing and matching different exercises every single time you go to the gym, you are not going to progress! you might get some progression right of the bat, but actually thats how you are going to plateau”. Justina Ercole That is the most accurate description of the HIIT and CrossFit in gyms! Other than stupid regularly repetitive injuries! I’ve been there! I know it! I thought I am what’s wrong and that’s I’m broken! Thanks to you, giving out lots of actually life saving knowledge! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I appreciated your point on how sugar is in everything. I have done "no sugar added" challenges, and it triples my shopping time. I spent over 20 minutes once trying to find a single loaf of bread that didn't have sugar added, and ended up with some type of bread I'd never heard of before. I don't have time to spend 2 hours shopping for a basic grocery list every time I need to do a grocery store run.
My main problem with this post from CrossFit is that it ignores that mental fitness is a key component to overall health. Working out 6 times a week and feeling guilty for eating cake because of the added sugar doesn’t feel like health to me.
I love the comment about fruit. I grew up with grandparents that used fruit as desert. A small bowl of raspberries with 1/2 teaspoon of sugar on them, yum. And healthy too! I still rather have a piece of fruit as a snack instead of candy or ice cream.
I'm a figure skater and I've always been super flexible but I never really knew how to work with that flexibility and it has hindered me so much. Lately I've been taking more of a mobility approach and really trying to focus on stretching and strengthening. That has been the game-changer and I was finally able to get my splits for the first time as an adult.
I did CF for about a year until I badly strained both elbows doing toes-to-bar without the basis of strength I really needed. I was encouraged to just keep coming and “lift lighter” but I actually needed months of OT/PT to heal my injuries. This is all on top of CF being a huge trigger for my orthorexia & disordered eating. It’s probably the closest to joining a cult I’ve ever gotten. Thank you so much for your take!
As usual, love this video and your comments! I agree with literally everything you've just said, from the 'it's just a banana!!!' :-)to this pervasive mindset of working as hard as you can every single day because otherwise you don't have 'discipline'. I see a huge difference in how people approach exercise and food nowadays (compared to maybe just 10 years ago) to the point of becoming literally obssesive. Thank you for trying to go against this mindset by helping us keep mentally sane, happy about our progress whatever that means for everyone. Not everyone has or wants to be a crossfit athlete or compete. Hugs from Spain!
I did crossfit for a while and I LOVED it. The only thing I didn't love was the inconsistent strength training, I felt like I really didn't progress very much as you mentioned in the vidoe. But I really loved getting up and pushing myself everyday, especially as an obese person, I really saw what I was capable of.
So I've been doing Crossfit for about roughly 5 years and I did my on ramp at Crossfit NYC. I actually thought it was too easy when I first started because the coaches were very specific about scaling and working at your level but I was also about 80 lbs heavier and had little to no barbell experience at the time. After about a year, I was able to do most workouts Rx and I had lost 55-60 lbs. That 5-6 days a week figure they suggest seems unrealistic but the programming at most gyms is generally written so that it's completely feasible since it's so varied. Like, 2 days might be more strength focused then there might be a day more gymnastics focused and a few days will be more cardio focused. There's not much of an advantage to them having you in the gym more since the memberships are a monthly flat rate beyond just keeping you hooked. I totally agree with your point about routine being a very good thing but I also see the value in constantly varied fitness since with Crossfit, you're not expected to get outstanding at one skill necessarily, you're supposed to be a jack of all trades. The best way I've heard it described is it's like a liberal arts degree in which you might find yourself drawn to one aspect of it after a few semesters so you might go off to do that as your major. I've personally taken breaks from CF itself and did Olympic lifting cycles, bodybuilding cycles and bodyweight programs. I have to give a lot of credit though to my time doing CF because I was able to learn the major barbell movements, pullups, handstand pushups and lots of other movements I would have never pictured myself being able to do on my own or without working with an expensive personal trainer. This little credo has been around forever and CFHQ previously pushed diets like paleo and Zone at one point but none of the coaches I worked with ever tried to give me unsolicited nutrition advice nor did they necessarily agree with some of the advice CF was pushing. The original CEO and creator of CF, Greg Glassman had some very questionable politics and would regularly go after big companies like Coca Cola. I personally wasn't a fan. There's definitely plenty of actual registered nutritionists to work with that do Crossfit to where you can get sound advice on fueling properly for these workouts and they don't demonize carbs.
I’ve done CrossFit for a year now and I would love for you to do a CrossFit video! Edit; I couldn’t imagine going to CrossFit 5-6 days a week! I go 3, sometimes 4 days, and depending on what those workouts were, my body NEEDS time to recover. I’ve had a really positive experience but the coaches are super supportive at my gym however, I can definitely understand how others may not have.
I did CrossFit for several years, did the Level 1 and coached an alllll that. The irony is this 100 words of fitness (that isn’t new… this has been around) is completely contrary to how the top in the sport of CrossFit train and eat. Their defense of that is that those athletes are on the sickness/fitness continuum towards fitness and away from health. The culture around nutrition in specific gyms is definitely varied but there’s a lot of different flavors of disordered mindsets towards nutrition. And the attitude of how to train is… just bad.
I love everything you said here. 👍🏼 I’ve heard too many horror stories about CrossFit (Rhabdo anyone?) but maybe some locations are better than others. Since you know enough to not get injured, I’d like to see a video.
My husband and I did the intro classes at a crossfit gym and I HATED it. He enjoyed it but I was so miserable and dreaded going. I respect people who enjoy it, love that for you. I'd literally rather be chubby than have to take another class.
I'm a perimenopausal woman who has started feeling the effects of age (54). I've been doing P.Volve workouts (including heavy lifting) combined with yoga and walking. I was doing a live online workout yesterday and the trainer was talking about when it's good to go fast (specific types of cardio) and when its good to be slow and mindful (weight lifting). That makes a lot of sense to me. I've also been reading that steady state walking can be more helpful for menopause than HiiT. Im hoping this is true, because I much prefer the former to the latter. 😂
I know this is kind of random, but I love when influencers speak up about what they believe in when they get the opportunity, pop off girly you're awesome and every new video I watch of yours, I like you even more lol
Thank you for debunking the nutritional info as always. I’ve been plant based for 30 years and my strength has never been comprised. Powered by plants. I always always appreciate your simple approach to fueling and moving your body, in different planes of motion 😉
THIS!!! I used to hardcore do Beachbody programs, and all they are about now is jampacking as many moves in as possible, and doing the movements as quickly as possible with hardly any warmup or cool down. I was feeling so beat up from their programs. I have been doing your on demand workouts for about 3 weeks now and LOVE your workouts. It took my a while to get used to only doing a few moves in a workout, and pausing to ensure my heart rate lowers between sets, but I feel so much better and not burned out. I also now train 4-5 days a week instead of 6-7. This whole idea of having to train at your max 6-7 days a week is not sustainable long term and super exhausting. Thank you as always for making these videos and shedding light on disordered approaches to food and training.
I really appreciate you taking the time to debunk all these statements. I am so glad I don't believe them anymore! I know a few people who do CrossFit and get injured all the time as well as have a very disordered relationship with food. It is unfortunate that such misinformation is still so pervasive (not just in CrossFit)! With that said, I really would like to see you try a few CrossFit classes (not just one, because that wouldn't be enough data I think) and hear your informed opinion on their training style :)
@@JustinaErcole You may even need to try a couple different gyms because some are more fully bought into the HQ stuff (like this post) and some are not.
I did CrossFit one time. I had this idea that it was the hardest workout and if I could do it, then I was actually fit. I didn’t realize that they try really hard to finish the workout as fast as possible. We were there for an hour but people were done with the workout in 8 min bc they wouldn’t take any rests. Their biggest pro is the community element. They cheer each other on, and don’t judge. It’s really their best selling point and I wish regular gyms had this kind of camaraderie. It was lovely! My biggest issue was that they basically rush the workout. I was embarrassed to be the last one finished on the board. They turn something that should be really warmed up and calculated like Olympic lifts into a plyometric/HIIT exercise. It’s dangerous. I actually hyperextended my low back doing an improper clean during that workout and when I asked for help to learn the movement, the coach just confused me more and didn’t explain what to do. Thankfully I didn’t get seriously injured. Also, despite being a very flexible yoga teacher at the time who could pretzel herself into any position, the other coach told me my squat was bad bc my hips were too tight (if anything, my hips were overstretched). I left feeling very confused, like I couldn’t trust these people. I felt like I couldn’t get a good workout in bc there was no stability training in any of it. Does the core even get a good workout when everything is done using momentum? Just my thoughts.
There is a ton of variation in “culture” between CrossFit gyms but one thing I’ve noticed across all that I’ve tried….injuries! Even in the most supportive and least toxic gym I loved for years, there were always injuries because they push you hard and workouts can be fast paced with high weights and complex movements. Recipe for injury.
Exactly...I never had knee problems in my life before I did CrossFit & the only way I was comfortable doing their workouts is if I wore supportive braces on both my knees.. ridiculous!
I’ve been doing CrossFit for 7 years and it’s truly been a wonder for me. I was very bored with the regular gym and I felt lonely, so I tried a CrossFit gym and I immediately loved it.Our gym is like a family, many people have lost hundreds of pounds. I think that overdoing something, overuse, or lack of proper skill training is usually what causes people injury especially if they’ve never done strenuous exercise before. I consider myself a semi-competitive intermediate crossfitter but if I know I can’t lift something I will not attempt at all to lift the weight, same with trying to have the fastest time on a workout, I will try my best but I will not do it to the point of hurting myself. Ego is also an issue as well not just in the CrossFit community, but in sports as well. Always know your limits, scale back if you have to 👍
Want to see that CrossFit video. Some of the stuff appeals to me because I like being strong, but the workouts I see make no sense with what I know about hypertrophy. I could identify the times when my eating disorder was at it's worst because that's when I would get really stressed about the sugar in fruit
It can be easily very misleading and confusing to read information from certain resources in the internet esp in the area where we are still very much new. Therefore i appreciate your video and i hope people can watch. I m a big believer in "everything in moderation" approach and also to have "health focus" instead of food focus. The scope of health is much wider than solely on food diet nutrition and excercise. Life is about juggling between many areas. Comment on your grocery delivery: i love of how you said "I am strong". It really worth all the strength training 😉 to be able to confidently said that!
Another great one. I do OTF and F45. For me they are Both as hard as I make them. I have to make a a lot of modifications but I have awesome studios/coaches.
I was honestly very disappointed by that post and I’m very glad you addressed it. I agree with every single word you said. Also CrossFit athletes do eat sugar and carbs. I would LOVE to see you trying CrossFit though 🙏
I used to follow a a girl on Instagram who was obsessed with crossfit and she used to lift so intensely that she would rip the skin of the palms of her hands and then brag about it as if it made her more hard-core and dedicated to fitness than anyone else, instead of just someone who was buying into the cult of crossfit too hard.
I don't do crossfit but I do powerlift. I have *some* callouses, but that's kinda normal for consistent barbell work. I've only made my palm bleed once in 7 years. Just once. I'm genuinly shocked that was a normal for her.
Those nutritional points are so restrictive and scary. I tried a whole 30 once and I had to omit Indian spices because they had wheat in them. I couldn't eat sweets during Indian festivals. I missed birthday treats, carried my own food even to my sister's wedding! I just use the hand portion method 80% of the time now and I don't stress about the rest. As a beginner who joined a CrossFit gym, I was so scared to lift without knowing exactly how to. I hadn't worked out in years - no basic training and I was expected to join in with a big group of people who had varied levels of strength and fitness (all more than mine). I left shortly after. And as someone with a vegetarian family (parents), I cannot avoid rice, lentils and beans, nor do I want to. They are lovingly made, nourishing meals!!! I grew up on them (I eat meat now) and I will not skip those.
I love your videos; they are very informative and refreshing. The thing I hate about the 'added sugar' debate is that I think people don't realize that sugar, honey, and syrup are integral in so many recipes. Demonizing the added sugar in ketchup or BBQ sauce is akin to demonizing added sugar in cake. It's not some diabolical thing; many recipes include a sweetener in them.
I go to a crossfit gym in Cape Town, South Africa. My opinion is that the perception of crossfit that people have is highlights they see from the competitions which is not the case for most the gym goers. We are mostly learning skills, and yes there are repetitions for weeks (of course this depends on the gym). Most of the exercises can be scaled-down. I have definitely learnt new skills i never thought i would be able to do. No injuries as well. Overall, i think the experience depends on the individual and the coaches. The gym i go to does not push any dietary recommendations either. Looking forward to a video where you try a few classes of crossfit🙂
I do CrossFit for 9 years already, here in Portugal… I was in 2 different boxes and in both the mentality was very different from the “last give all in all workouts with all the weights”… in both of them the strength part is very important and included in several workouts in the week, or with classes exclusively for strength… both boxes worked with nutritionists that understand the impact of CrossFit and all asked to eat carbs and sugar in moderation… maybe I am just lucky enough to find good places… but not all in CrossFit is bad… 😉🤗 Ps: I really liked your videos 🤗🤗
I tried it several years ago and they actually got me to do a Pull Up using a band and were very supportive when I told them I can't and they found a way for me to do it.
Sugar goes in my morning coffee. If it's not in my morning coffee I will be accidentally pretending to be Grumpy from Snow White (insert lots of grumpy muttering). In all seriousness, carbs are needed to go "hard and fast" when you lift. I finished the video and I'm still stuck on the sugar part.
I was going to go a a CrossFit class last summer , they were giving a free week of classes by me. However, I got this INSANE email from them that sounded so much like cult mentality. The email was like “Are you ready to dedicate your life, your body, and invest in yourself, give up your friends family and join a life CrossFit?!!! Then they wanted me to tell them exactly what I have been eating for the last 2 weeks. WTH I just wanted to try something different not join a freaking cult. AND it’s so expensive I live in super rural area all of the other gyms are $50 a month & they charge a flat fee of $180 a month
CrossFit I think is definitely great, for many of us we just want to work out and get fitter, I’ve been doing Crossfit for seven years and they have tried to push me to do all of their incentives and stuff when I really didn’t need it, supplements, protein powders, food logs, macro counting etc. Plus you have to pay extra for all that stuff with your monthly membership which is already expensive, so I don’t do any of their extra incentives I just do the workouts, many of those gyms just want more of your money, just say no 👍
Their post has one of my biggest pet peeves: using "wellness" when they mean "thinness." If they were actually advocating for a diet on the basis of performance they wouldn't be demonizing carbs
Yep! But I think it's also important to understand the mentality and morals of a business you're supporting. There are studios and gyms I refuse to go to because I don't believe with their stand on certain topics in fitness.
@@JustinaErcole agreed and I would have reconsidered, if a trainer (likely without nutrition cert) told me to hold back on carbs, but i was never bothered with nutritional advice. To me cf is functional fitness, learning and community.
I would love your experience with crossfit in group form! I tried and it felt like I could easily injure myself! I didn’t love it....I prefer pilates and yoga and doing movements with my own time and less competition so I don’t hurry and hurt myself! But, would love, your perspective!!
I am allergic to artificial sweeteners, anytime I eat them I get a migraine and my mouth has a weird aftertaste in it. Also horrible GI issues, but I personally struggle with high blood sugar so I have been an artificial sweetener only person at one point. Ever fad sugar/sugar substitute I have tried and my body has ruled - just cane sugar, honey, and Maple Syrup for me😂
crossfit is so ridiculous. I love the "idea" of it. Strength training plus cardio plus endurance for overall health, but the way they implement it is so atrocious.
I love you. Right now I’m in the middle of eating about 1/4 of an entire giant watermelon and I have zero shame. Also, thank you for talking about privilege and food access
My mom won’t let me eat grapes because I have diabetes and they have too much sugar. But it’s good sugar. I have a pretty good diet with one or two cheat days with either chipotle or in n out. It’s crazy how much misinformation there is. Also I struggled with an ED and still in recovery. It’s hard to keep a healthy relationship with food especially when you have things like PCOS or diabetes. CrossFit is dangerous and can promote unhealthy ideas and habits
Great video! Rope climb? People actually did that in school? I’ve only seen it in movies. 😂 We just had to run everyday. Freelee is still around. She was one of the first TH-camrs I ever watched. 😬
On the subject of fruit, and bananas. I was at a point to where I was eating like..2 a day, and had weight loss. The fiber in it, along with other nutrients make it take more for your body to process than say... A donut / cake of the same caloric value, Ergo it's higher in the thermic effect, therefore you're not even getting all 105 cal..from the banana. Lmao. Yes, bananas are one of the highest cal foods, but your body actually gets fuller / wants less of them than desserts and cakes and such, because bananas are much more nutrient dense. If anyone has ever eaten like 2 banans, and maybe not felt full, but a little nauseous, thats your body's way of saying "Chill out, we dont need more of thus" takes quite a bit more cake for the average person to get to that point. Lmao.
The CrossFit video would be interesting, specially since is sooo far oposite of what you do and teach. Also, can we talk about the groceries delivery moment, bc I have the EXACTLY same exchange every single time. I understand that from some people it comes from a good place, but just.... Don't. If I can't carry something I'll ask for help, otherwise, I'm fine.
Hahaha yeahhh I know they're just trying to be nice so I don't think about it too much. Same thing when someone tries to help me lift my luggage up on an airplane.
How could endurance athletes function without sugar?! Gels are basically pure sugar?! This seems really foolish to me. I've just started accepting that I need carbs (sugar) to perform as a runner training for a marathon :(
I went on their website once as I was intrigued by their workouts. Decided it wasn't for me when I saw the nutrition lifestyle they were promoting. Restricted carbs and no sugar. They should know better.
Would also definitely be interested in seeing you do CrossFit. But! Know that most CrossFit classes start you with basics. You don't get to advance until the instructor feels you've mastered those basics. I am sure there are classes though that would throw you to the lions, lol.
Longer video please! There's some weird political stuff with crossfit that made me stay far away, even though I couldn't make it through one of their workouts anyway lol
I have never been a fan of CrossFit the brand because I don't like the former founding CEO. I am sure folks can enjoy the exercise(s) outside the"brand" but it's just not for me personally. I also love these no sugar statements. It's so illogical to me because ummm fruits have sugar.... sorry carbohydrates are sugar. I know I know they are meaning no processed sugar etc. I just don't think we should demonise food. I want health to be inclusive to everyone.
please try crossfit🙏🙃 would love to see and hear ur take and thoughts! i since years been eyeing crossfit, u might give me a kickstart or a hold back😍, thanks for your vid’s, have a nice day🌞
Perhaps reach out to Lady at Red Hook Strength Works. She used to be a CrossFit affiliated trainer, but left after the creator was found to be less than a good person.
An interesting statement from my midwife: Crossfit clients had the longest labors maybe because they were so use to tensing their muscles. But because they are so fit, they are able to keep going through their long labors :)
I recently started a Crossfit program and I find it exhilarating. However, I never ever want to be associated with the Crossfit Organization. Seems like some very horrible folks in charge there.
Mmmmm…. Saying you can eat in moderation to a person like myself that has eating issues is like telling an alcoholic you can have 1 beer 🍺 😮 that just doesn’t work for me. Everyday is a choice for me…. I feel that education is the key. Educate people of all income levels how to make better food choices & the overall benefits of exercise & good healthy food choices.
@@JustinaErcole I'm so curious about your thoughts cause I have friends that absolutely love and hate crossfit and they will argue so intensely about it 😂😂

Kelly! Thank you so much for the donation! So unnecessary but it means a lot. Very happy to have you in my little corner of the internet :)
Yes pleeeease do a full on crossfit video. I want your perspective on their workouts
In the planning process!
I'm so happy to have provided you with some balance April!!
@@JustinaErcole Please do a Beachbody review. I also used to do their programs but got tired of it!
@@Theakashicmedium I second this!
I agree! I definitely need to give it a try for a bit to make a more informed opinion.
I was on a diet too they told me I couldn’t have any fruit because of the fructose in it, I am like seriously??? Fruit is all natural
I love all your recent commentary on eating disorders. I work with college students and ED are on the rise. Thanks for all your info!
They're literally sponsored by Monster, a Coca Cola company lol. And yes I've definitely gotta try it!
OUCH
Right?? Super scary.
YES THIS!
I do CrossFit for 9 years already, here in Portugal… I was in 2 different boxes and in both the mentality was very different from the “last give all in all workouts with all the weights”… in both of them the strength part is very important and included in several workouts in the week, or with classes exclusively for strength… both boxes worked with nutritionists that understand the impact of CrossFit and all asked to eat carbs and sugar in moderation… maybe I am just lucky enough to find good places… but not all in CrossFit is bad… 😉🤗
Ps: I really liked your videos 🤗🤗
I tried it several years ago and they actually got me to do a Pull Up using a band and were very supportive when I told them I can't and they found a way for me to do it.
YES to you trying CrossFit!! So interested in your thoughts...
"I can get it, I'm strong." I love that! 💪
Hahhaa
Sugar goes in my morning coffee. If it's not in my morning coffee I will be accidentally pretending to be Grumpy from Snow White (insert lots of grumpy muttering). In all seriousness, carbs are needed to go "hard and fast" when you lift.
I finished the video and I'm still stuck on the sugar part.
Thank you for CLARIFYING. (Yeaaaaaa!🤣👍🏾) This was great. Yes! I look forward to your seeing your CrossFit experience with a former or current coach.🤞🏾
YIKES. 😬
You can do crossfit workouts and not considering their nutrition guidelines, nutrition is something every individual should figure out for themselves
I 100% disagree that CrossFit is functional fitness, but that’s our right to agree to disagree!
Everyone I know who has done cross fit has injured themselves. ETA: Would love to see a video of you trying it. Just be careful!
Please do try CF! I would love to see your perspective. I actually love watching the games. But personally, I would never do CF myself.
As a former dancer who has her knees destroyed after so many years, every time I see someone lifting on CrossFit I gasp because I fear for them.
I would love your experience with crossfit in group form! I tried and it felt like I could easily injure myself! I didn’t love it....I prefer pilates and yoga and doing movements with my own time and less competition so I don’t hurry and hurt myself! But, would love, your perspective!!
I f-ing love you! I'll keep coming back, no doubt!
I want to see a video of you trying crossfit!
Great video! Interview with a former CrossFit coach could be juicy. Yes please!
Taking applications lol
I love you. Right now I’m in the middle of eating about 1/4 of an entire giant watermelon and I have zero shame. Also, thank you for talking about privilege and food access
You’re welcome 😊
My mom won’t let me eat grapes because I have diabetes and they have too much sugar. But it’s good sugar. I have a pretty good diet with one or two cheat days with either chipotle or in n out. It’s crazy how much misinformation there is. Also I struggled with an ED and still in recovery. It’s hard to keep a healthy relationship with food especially when you have things like PCOS or diabetes. CrossFit is dangerous and can promote unhealthy ideas and habits
Would love to see you try CrossFit!💕
Great video!
Rope climb? People actually did that in school? I’ve only seen it in movies. 😂 We just had to run everyday.
Freelee is still around. She was one of the first TH-camrs I ever watched. 😬
We still want that video!
You can try and take maple syrup off me...You will fail. But you can try 😂😂😂
Some of us prefer it when people offer help rather than wait for us to ask 😉
I totally understand that! But this is a fitness page about working toward daily and long term health. Hence my comment.
Hey! Yes would be great to do that CrossFit test video 🙂
Gotta start planning it!
On the "some fruit" bit, my first thought was "which fruits?!"
They absolutely should.
I need "IT'S A BANANA" as a gif.
Would also definitely be interested in seeing you do CrossFit. But! Know that most CrossFit classes start you with basics. You don't get to advance until the instructor feels you've mastered those basics. I am sure there are classes though that would throw you to the lions, lol.
Haha I'll definitely need to start with the beginners though
“Ron DeSantis - the devil” 🤣 I’m already subbed but if I wasn’t, I would definitely have clicked subscribe after that!
hahaha glad we're on the same page :)
Crossfit reminds me of the ''no pain no gain'' BS that I kept hearing when I was younger. Not really interested in suffering while working out.
Please Please yes to a crossfire video!
ITS A BANANA!!! Ahahaha obsessed
People get crazy about fruits lol
please try crossfit🙏🙃 would love to see and hear ur take and thoughts! i since years been eyeing crossfit, u might give me a kickstart or a hold back😍, thanks for your vid’s, have a nice day🌞
Definitely gonna try it!
I did not expect to see pirouettes on that post lmao why would a non-dancer need to do a pirouette? 🤨
Right?! I was like...is this the same pirouette I know?
Perhaps reach out to Lady at Red Hook Strength Works. She used to be a CrossFit affiliated trainer, but left after the creator was found to be less than a good person.
Thank you!
An interesting statement from my midwife: Crossfit clients had the longest labors maybe because they were so use to tensing their muscles. But because they are so fit, they are able to keep going through their long labors :)
Them: “Don’t eat sugar and only a little starch”
long-distance runners: 😂
RIGHT???
How about Andrew Hiller?
I laughed at “flips” like ok, no thanks 😂
LOL RIGHT??
Crossfit, at least Crossfit gyms, are for rich people. Their prices prove it, and they don't even try to hide it.
I recently started a Crossfit program and I find it exhilarating. However, I never ever want to be associated with the Crossfit Organization. Seems like some very horrible folks in charge there.
When I can afford it, I buy Heinz no sugar added ketchup.
So I guess Michael Phelps during the Olympics wasn't fit lol. If only he didn't eat those pancakes, right?
This is off topic but do you play piano?
I do!
Do the crossfit video!
I couldn’t disagree with this more.
Please try crossfit!!!
I absolutely need to solely to make a more well informed opinion!
@@JustinaErcole I'm so curious about your thoughts cause I have friends that absolutely love and hate crossfit and they will argue so intensely about it 😂😂
Life without dessert is not worth living.
AMEN
You are a certified nutrition coach right? Why don’t cross fit trainers get that? Seems super arrogant.
Please slash crossfit!
Haha I need to try some classes before I make any firm opinion :)
SLOW. CLAP.
:)
I would like you to do a deeper dive on CrossFit esp the workout. Is it a cult? 🫖
It definitely has cult-like qualities, but so does anyone who performed in CATS professionally (it me lol)
@@JustinaErcole CATS the musical?! I knew it... (Where do I sign up)
