Sorry for the long layoff between videos, as my subscribers know, life is a bit hectic right now with work and the kids. But I finally got time to edit a ride I did back in the Fall, I headed out to Sussex, New Brunswick on a trail I knew had some amazing views to check out four amazing look outs with the leaves changing on the trees.
I hope you like the video, I did have some audio issues but let me know what you thought.

Gorgeous country! Fall is my favorite. Wendell always makes me smile.... the way he rides. We have a 16 pound Toxirn who looks similar. She would have jumped down after that grouse! Little maniac. 😁

Another great video! Wendell showed more constraint than most dogs would seeing a grouse that close. Beautiful fall colours! I'm in Kelowna BC. There's lots of fall colours around town with the apple and cherry orchards and vineyards everywhere. Up in the mountains there are are Larch trees that are coniferous but change colour. They are mixed in with the pine trees. The elevation of some of these lakes Like James Lake or Beaver Lake is around 1370 metres or 4500 feet so they can be quite a climb.

First year with an ATV. Traded my 2016 Africa Twin for a 2023 Rubicon. Had to trade because of messed-up hands caused by a couple of bike crashes and arthritis. Long story short, I'm having a blast with this thing in and around the Fredericton area. Coming up to replicate this ride with a buddy somewhere between Oct 3 to Oct 15th. Can't wait. Thanks for doing these vids, they are awesome!! Go Wendell!!

Been to Friars Nose twice now because of your video, fantastic spot! Took the wife on the second trip and had lunch on the top of the Nose! She loved it but was pretty nervous of the edge! Keep the videos coming!

Fall for sure! We used to go to Hatfield and McCoy in WV but my buddies sold their ATV’s so not sure what to do now. Anyhow, you helped me with the Grizzly cargo part number a year or so ago. Your videos are always great and it’s obvious you love and respect the outdoors. Keep growing!

Nice ride man! I love riding in the fall time. Temperatures are perfect and there is a smell in the air that only comes with fall. Man I love the drone view from up on the edge of the cliff. Nice job voicing over the area where you lost the audio. But to be able to ride through the farm is awesome of the owners to allow it. I hope all is well and the family is doing good.

Hey Chris ! thanks a lot man ! glad you like them. You should go up for sure ! Camp out, bring a RV, rent a cottage or hotel, there is lots of options. You are now allowed to ride right down Main Street Sussex ... there is a hotel there so you can get easy access to the trails. Cheers man !
I haven’t checked Piccadilly hill but the steepest angle I could find on the friars nose trail was 35 degrees, in a side by side. A shorter wheelbase ATV would probably get more vertical than that because it’s ledges and not a constant grade.

No feed, what's going on. You on a diet!!LOL Drone footage is spectacular, just love those shots!! Voice over was a nice change. You have time to reflect on your ride and add in something extra that you may not think about during the ride. Would like to hear more of that.

Beautiful area and amazing with all of the Fall colors! Glad you were able to get out and enjoy them. I don't ride anymore, I Jeep now, and I go out according to weather forecasts... I like to enjoy the cool pines in the summer and the cool desert in the winter year round in Arizona. Voice-overs can be an advantage sometimes... more clear and concise commentary after the fact instead of difficulty finding the words during the moment, for example. A nice mix of the two with balanced audio would be a winner, I think. You're getting the drone dialed in real nice and the footage has been spectacular these last few videos... smooth and steady while panning around. Enjoy the family and share videos when you can. HAHAHA How are you first of all great work on your trips!! second I was watching this vid and was in to the bird and then you take off on minute 3:38 and saw a glimpse something very big on the right side of the screen and you pass two bald eagles one with the wings expanded. and I guess you didn't notice... Just watched you and Wendell on TH-cam. Great trail ride . My daughter told me to watch because your dog could be my dogs brother.His name is Wallis and he loves to go on the trails with us also. We got him in Havelock NB. We have friends in Sussex and would love to go on these trails.

@@Maritimer Hi yes he is a Russell Terrier also. We got him in Havelock . His name is Wallis. We live in the Hartland area and really love to four wheel especially in the fall with all our children and grandchildren,and of course Wallis. He ride in front of my husband on the gas tank.
Yessir, Wicked cool ride! I can proudly say I’ve been there. Thanks for the helpful pointers and advice along the way. The trail is amazing and so much fun, you really captured it’s peak beauty with this fall ride and drone footage (wow, awesome). I took some footage of my ride there but have yet to edit… winter project, I have a few vids in the bank.
In my limited filming and editing experience, I’ve had to toss a few clips because the audio didn’t save, or do music over. Your voiceovers turned out good man, just a little volume step change (not a complaint, just an observation), and the Iphone 11 camera footage turned out great!

My favorite time of the year to ride is spring and fall, But i also enjoy warm winter days and cool summer days. They all have there own appeal when riding. I don't mind the voice overs, Thanks for sharing your adventures i always enjoy.

Nice video bro .. no fall colors near me but we have our own signs of fall here in the Arizona desert. It’s one of my favorite times of the year to ride the desert trails, the heat is gone and so are the flies .. no mosquitoes though lol. Thanks for the video.

My wife and I just bought a 2up quad and started hitting the trails in Oct./‘22. Sussex has been our favourite so far, and we’ve been to these spots. Absolutely stunning scenery.
I’d love to see your visits to other sights in Sussex (and everywhere else you travel in NB) as they’re informative and could help plan further adventures for us.

10:58 - It's interesting how people in different regions of Canada and the USA have their own way of saying something with the same meaning as people in another area. I notice folks in the Maritimes often use the term "Look Off" instead of Look Out. Scotian has used that term and so has Todd from Todd's ATV channel. I had never heard it until I started watching your channel. And don't get me wrong, I'm not being critical, it's just an observation of something unique. It's like the phrase "No Worries". Prior to 2000, everyone in Western Canada/USA (or perhaps all of Canada and the USA???) used the term "No Problem". I remember going to Australia in 1999 and everyone over there used the term "No Worries", which I found so totally different, yet really cool. Not sure how it migrated over here, but 10 years later 50% of the time I'd hear "No Worries" instead of "No Problem". Fast Forward to today and 95% of the time I hear "No Worries" - lol - interesting isn't it? OK, maybe not, but I thought it was - HAHAHA!!! - - -
12:49 - I have audio and video issues on a regular basis, so consider yourself very fortunate - lol - Your voice over was really good except for the volume change. I had to turn my volume up so I could hear you and then got blasted out when the music from the drone footage came on. You're so good at editing I'm surprised that got by you - lol - - -
18:47 - Those big rolling hills are absolutely beautiful! And yes, still bigger than most of "southern" Sask, but still just hills - LOL - I would kill to have that landscape in my backyard! Maybe when I'm 80 I'll retire in the Maritimes and ride the trails of gold - lol - kidding of course. Just for S&G, you should Google "Cyprus Hills, SK". It's one of only a few areas in southern Sask with big hills. Another one is the Grasslands National Park. Both are very cool areas, but no ATV trails😭. Oh, and BTW, Cyprus Hills has the highest elevation in Canada East of the Rockies. Yes, higher than anything you have and they're in "Saskatchewan" - lol - but they're still just hills😉- lol - - -
Yikes, that trail going up to Friar's Nose is VERY steep and quite sketchy too😱! Nice drivin' buddy! I almost threw up when you put your camera over the edge at 24:40🤢 - lol - - -

Thanks man, yeah I noticed that audio level change too but just thought it wouldn't be so bad, maybe when I'm editing I have my volume on low, so I didn't notice it as much. Oh well it's my way of keeping people on their toes haha

Great to see another video. I don't mind the voice over. Better than loud heavy metal music that some guys like to use in riding videos. My favorite time to take a ride is anytime I can get away.
