Hey man, Someone else told me I went past their childhood house! Thanks so much for watching. My next trip to the Rock will be by car. Loved the hospitality.
Hey that's awesome. Thanks for watching, the great comment and especially allowing ATV'ers to have a little fun! I hope you enjoyed the rest of the video as much as we enjoyed visiting your very hospitable province. Please consider subscribing.
I grew up behind the dream catcher . It was called Whites Hotel back then. Mr. White built the hotel and had a garden in the back , he would hang a bag of vegetables on the fence for me to pick up early Sunday mornings so grandma would have fresh veggies for Sunday dinner. I am looking forward to getting back home for some riding. Will do a night at pirates haven and a night in deer lake. Thanks for sharing your adventure, Brought back some good memories .
Wow, what an amazing adventure with some very impressive scenery. The hill climb and descent was a bit sketchy, along with the water crossing, but everyone did great and took their time. Looks like everyone had a blast. I could get use to those views. Thanks for sharing, fun to watch! Cheers!
Hey, Thanks for watching man. Yes the scenery was very impressive. We were warned about the river and a path suggested from people we met along the way. That was fun. The rocks were challenging, no problem with the grip, but lacked a bit on bottom clearance. If you haven't already, please consider subscribing. Thanks.
Thanks for watching. Both the Teryx's and the two Yamahas did very well. Only one rider without lots of experience shied away from the last hill. When we got home I did edit this video, just before I was about to publish it, it dissapeared from the software. I wasn't a happy camper and it took months with some pressure to get back at it. Glad you liked it Thanks
Hey man, thanks so much for your concern! My videos will continue . I've been extremly busy building a cabin in the woods. Right on the ATV trails in the back hills of Sussex NB. I'll be featuring the camp in an upcoming video. Thanks Cheers
Thanks very much for watching! Yes the beginning was a bit wet, but we all stuck togeather, there was no turning back. Thankfully things improved over time. Yes indeed we had an excellent time with a great bunch.
The windy section of the trail outside Port Aux Basque that runs open near the ocean is known as Lockie's or Wreckhouse. Those of you who are familiar with The Weather Network may have heard the term "Wreckhouse Winds".
Thanks for watching, and the great comment. That was the first time in that part of the rock. Yes I have heard of Wreckhouse Winds. Now I can better appreciate the term. Thanks for this info
43:52 the landslide right in the center of the shot at one time was very, very like the map of Newfoundland, It has changed over the years but you can still see the likeness.
Hey man, thanks for watching. With a great comment like this, sure shows you were enjoying the video. I'll have to watch it again to see the resemblance of the geography as pointed out, Thank you!!!
Great video guys! I heard 1 guy in your group calling your UTV'S "Bikes" for some reason. Those are in no way, shape or form bikes.... tell him to catch up with the rest of us normal folk that call them atv's or SxS's would ya
Looks like a great trip Buster! Also glad to see your doing well. I’m enjoying your videos. I’m currently in the planning phase of crossing NFLD. Did the rmax with you have any height trouble in greenwood inn parking garage? I seen the Brian was close with his teryx was that just due to the tire on his roof?
Hey Mike, thanks for watching! Are you the same Wambolt I worked with at the mill? Sorry I forgot your first name. The R Max didn't have any height issues. Just one Treyx with his spare tire mounted on the roof. Have fun on the trip. Hey Mike good to hear from you and hope would consider subscribing if you haven't already. Cheers
@@KINGSCOUNTYADVENTURES Didn’t think you’d remember me but yes we worked together at the mill when I was a student there. Glad to hear the Rmax didn’t have any issues with height in the parking garage, that’s what I drive. Already subscribed, been subscribed for a bit, I enjoy your videos and glad to see your still well and out enjoying the outdoors.
Yes, of course I remembered you as a student. I was glad to show you what I did and sincerely hope I might have passed on just at lleast one little tip to improve your future. I met up with you again at Lepreau. Obviously you are successful with your work, keep it up Mike
Thanks so much for watching. Geez, what an interesting question! A lot of planing went into this trip and we think we had all the bases covered. Thankfully we had no issues. In hindsight perhaps we could have planed our evenings a little better, mabey mingling with the locals.
I think when they wash the dirt off vehicles at the ferry terminal it has more to do with trying to contain the Potatoe blight. It came here during the big immigration of Irish folks during the Potatoe famine back in Ireland.
I think yoy are absolutely right. Thanks for watching and the comment. I only heard about getting washed down and knew it had to do with carringing contaminates to the mainland. Thanks again.
Thanks for watching. As I was editing my footage thats one thing I also realized. With very long days, cleaning and maintenance, dealing with dirty clothing, I think I just needed a few minutes away from the camera. This was my first multi day run and I've learned a lot about time management on the trails. I can assure you we did have very enjoyable evenings. Thanks.
No. We didn't give it a thought, dispite all the planing going into the trip. I think our best opporyunity would have been at The Pirates Cove Lodge. What an atmosphere.
Thanks for watching. Yep you're right, snowmobiling is tottaly a different sport. I too was very surprised to see trails in the sand dunes and crossing the open river. Not like that in NB.
Thanks so much for watching. No question about that one, We were happy to see what we did, We did meet a few along the way who pointed us towards a guide. I'd love to go back another time.
Awesome video, I'm from stephenville and am going on vacation June there, thanks for the vid

Thanks for watching. You will absolutely love it. We did the western side of the island. Good luck.
Hey awesome , I own St. George’s sand pit ,lots of fun . It’s just down from my service station in St.Georges
Hey that's awesome. Thanks for watching, the great comment and especially allowing ATV'ers to have a little fun! I hope you enjoyed the rest of the video as much as we enjoyed visiting your very hospitable province. Please consider subscribing.
Awesome final view.
Look like an awesome adventure . 👍
Thanks for watching. The scenes, terrain, motels, food, trails, and especially the group all made it one incredible adventure. Thanks

Great video and great to see you back, 😁! Beautiful scenery. Looks like the Teryx did great in the rough stuff.

@@KINGSCOUNTYADVENTURES that’s awesome I moved to Sussex this spring and I’m enjoying the trails so much! 👍👍👍👍
It looks like you guys had a great trip! Even if it was a bit wet at the bigginig 😅
Thanks very much for watching! Yes the beginning was a bit wet, but we all stuck togeather, there was no turning back. Thankfully things improved over time. Yes indeed we had an excellent time with a great bunch.
Would like to see where the ocean goes.
Thank you so much for watching. Where does the ocean go?? We really enjoyed the experience. Thanks again!! Cheers

Thanks very much for watching. Yes, in the heat of the moment at time words slip. I will review the video and that guy will be severely reprimanded!!!

For Such a trip, what do you wish you would have taken with you?

Six days and you never showed one mealtime or evening party time. Not like the Newfies

Did they get screeched in
No. We didn't give it a thought, dispite all the planing going into the trip. I think our best opporyunity would have been at The Pirates Cove Lodge. What an atmosphere.
Sorry but it doesn't compare to snowmobiling. I'm surprised to see these trails in the sand dunes and crossing rivers
Thanks for watching. Yep you're right, snowmobiling is tottaly a different sport. I too was very surprised to see trails in the sand dunes and crossing the open river. Not like that in NB.
You guys needed a guide, you missed so much. Maybe it was edited out.
Thanks so much for watching. No question about that one, We were happy to see what we did, We did meet a few along the way who pointed us towards a guide. I'd love to go back another time.
Typical Newfies 😂😂😂
Yep, A real blast!!
You guys needed a guide, you missed so much. Maybe it was edited out.
Thank you. Nothing was edited out. We had one fantastic time, even though it would havee been much better with a guide.
