    How did you get those voices to quiet? The constant Ed voice is sooooo ingrained in my daily actions from morning to night I almost can’t tell them apart from other thoughts….

      This is a great question. I think through repeated action (doing what the ED wants you not to do, again and again) and with a LOT of patience. It can take a long time to rewire those neural pathways.
