Sweden is such a beautiful place. The sunsets are amazing. Should I ever sail across the Atlantic it will be on my list of must sees. Seems as though it could have been a little chilly for a swim lol. Thank you for spending the time to put this video together. Such a unique look at a faraway place. This is what keeps my dream alive.
Att vara vid havet, vid vatten, stenar, en vacker solnedgång, å ibland lite mer.. 😉 är helt fantastiskt underbart, bara sitta och 'bara vara'!! Tack för en jättefin film!
It’s fantastic! She bought the land 30-something years ago and have built piece by piece when she could afford. It’s one of my favourite places on earth 😊
I from NZ🇳🇿 Stumbled upon your channel after watching other yachting channels. Now subscribed to yours 😊. Really enjoying Bing watching your videos. Looking forward to following along your adventures. Ps your wee dog is adorable. Thanks Greg 🙂🍻
Interesting sweet island. Unfortunately bit too far for me to sail over since I'm more close to the West coast of Sweden. And what a wonderful little house your aunt has. And yes, those videos need time to edit. My average video-edit time is between 6-10 hours. Thanks for the video.
Well, if you’re ever on the east coast😁 Yea I love her house, it’s one of my favourite places in the world! My usual edits (after prep) is 2 hours so 6 was HEAVY
So great that dinner on the beach. Sharing food with Neno. Brilliant, brings back memories when I sailed with my dog years ago. When I was cooking up something in the galley two big brown doggy eyes were watching every move I made asking: "What's for dinner, for you and me?" And on a personal note........ditch the make-up. It takes away your authenticity.
@@gertboerman3666 it was such a lovely evening! Neno tends to sit on the counter in the galley when I cook😅 fun fact is that I’m actually a real person and sometimes I wear makeup and sometimes I don’t and that’s going to be reflected in the videos 😊
The red sunset and orange moon were just stunning. A magic island too. However water at 13ºC is not tolerable for swimming down under … 😹 … having said that soon I will find myself sailing around Gothenburg archipelago in the 2025 season so I’d better accept the new reality to-be. Which one is prettier - for you: Stockholm or Gothenburg archipelago? Have you sailed at the west side yet? And finally, realistically, when should I think of ending my sailing season in the west of Sweden? I can endure some cold nights …
It was absolutely stunning! Haha well.. let’s agree to disagree, but I do tend to have a dip all year around 😂 the west coast is amazing, it’s more… raw.. than the east coast, but the east coast offers more options cus the archipelago is way bigger. Realistically I’d say the season end early maybe mid September on the west coast. The low pressures start rolling in fast from the North Sea. The east coast is more protected and the season stretches out a bit more

Only 6 hours? You are really fast.
Love Neno as always.
It was absolutely breathtaking! Haha well my videos usually take 2-3 hours so I felt six hours took FOREVER 😅😅
