I happened to find that before the test began. Studied it, shoved it inside the desk and never looked in it which was easy as hell to tell. I was also the first one to finish the test as well. this is sad that they work with forza themselves and they never noticed... i feel like every time should come with a replay file saving the inputs of the driver as well as the environement we play in. Then (if possible) having a way to simulate these input so the game would know if it is doable with the game physic and car upgrade/tune
Well having heard this story I'm not convinced that they are actually working with Forza and the likes of Turn 10 and Playground Games. After this story my analysis indicates that they were just claiming to work with Forza and I believe they didn't even colab together at all because Turn 10 wouldn't allow it they would have put an end to it before it even began.
@mo gamer because a Forza team wanting to put on a challenge it's the same thing as people organizing leagues. You get to do something in the community.
Most likely not possible. Trackmania is built from ground up to have deterministic physics. In most other games you have a non-deterministic physics engine in 95% cases. They'd probably have to rework the whole physics engine to make that possible. Without determinism you can't make an input replay system.
Probs got a buttload of legit fast runs from their team and tossed it at PG and after a while PG probably Said "fuck it" and started working with them lmao
Man these Forza teams are a mess. Toxicity, lack of order, and now even cheating over some prizes that aren't even real money. It bothers me a lot and that's why I don't join any team or do any competitive FH5 stuff. @@seP4 I have a friend who is an admin at Team Wars said to me how it was like and him alongside two other people advised me to not join there. He also decided to step out of competitive FH5 as well. It's unimaginable how bad it is
I'm also confused why they decided to create a route that is exactly the same as one of the default tracks but without any walls. Maybe they want to see who is the best at cutting corners and cheesing tracks? Only they will know Ig
After getting the Forza Community Team Message today where they try to push a PTG Peel P50 livery on us I just had to go and submit a ticket on this topic. I did use both your vids from YT, Sepi, as evidence... I hope it was ok.
Thanks for sharing! I hate every kind of cheating in every online if not competitive game. If they want to cheat they can do that in single player. That will destroy only there own game experience. Publishers have to punish cheaters to protect the normal fair players 👍
PTG, you should be ashamed. Can't say it surprises me though. A lot of people in this game, teams included, are extremely toxic. Even just drag racing I've had people message me out of frustration to loosing over a damn game. I've been a forza player since the motorsport 2 and I'm in my 40's now, I just play and tune for fun. I'm starting to play less and less of forza these days, just not as fun anymore. Thanks for putting this out there Sepi, I enjoy your tunes and content. Hopefully PTG will deal with consequence for the crap they pulled here.
Toxic community is not just in this game. Every online game suffers from this same issue. The reason is outside of gaming, in the real world - the society is getting polarized, as people cling more to their "saviors" (a.k.a. manipulative people, who just use simple "divide and conquer" against us).
I remember when a whole ass team or idk whatever it was racing with old cars like the eight-six and old nissans and started butching around when my E.D.R (this electric volkswagen) was faster sideways
@@Morpheus-pt3wq Let’s not double down and generalize. Yes there’s toxicity everywhere but every community varies in level of toxicity which Forza has it the worst.

I'm completely outside of the loop in these matters of Forza competitive teams and prize competitions, I barely play the game, I never knowingly watched a video of yours before, meaning it was by pure chance that youtube recommended me your video. After reading a few comments I just felt compelled to say: You came off perfectly reasonable in my opinion, it seems like some people are saying awful baseless things about your community and yourself, and I believe they should be dealing with these bad actors instead of telling you to delete the video, or saying your community is bad. I hope you keep the video up and end up getting some kind of response Have a good one.

If you tune your cars, you will also notice that the game breaks A LOT and you'll have to reload the track and reverify your tune is actually behaving as you expect for it to do.) These dudes seem more like boot lickers to me but hey, that's just my opinion I guess.
Stuff like this happens ALL THE TIME, luckily they did it to the wrong person who had enough of a following, the right equipment, and recorded everything.
That's much in the same vein as Playground themselves When they realised they couldn't fix the FH4 exploit and started banning people for using it And when I brought it up during one of their streams I was banned from commenting on it
... So Playgrounds Games are being cunts about this stuff instead of admitting outright that the game has a major series of problems? That's just not cool.
Forza Devs themself wont go after cheaters nor do they delete cheated/glitched leaderboards. has been a thing for forever, they rather go for some cool blokes who create some animu tiddie liverys or whatever is offensive to them on that day
Couldn’t have put it better myself. They don’t care about clear cheating and glitching that directly affects all players, but emphasize irrelevant exploits that shouldn’t have been there in the first place. It’s really messed up.
@@christiantaylor1495 So does that justify hundreds to thousands of cheaters on majority of the leaderboards? And nudity on a paint job is an extremity, which I absolutely agree should be taken action against as well. Leaderboards do matter, and often times cheated scores come very close to legitimate scores, so it is hard for people to tell sometimes.
really frustrating a well known forza team member is cheating in their own event. they have screwed up big time. this video really puts them in hot water
If only the developers cared and banned his account from the game. That went way better in the Trackmania community where the cheating scandal caused the cheaters to lose their face (especially the guy who didn’t admit it) which made them disappear automatically. I guess Forza‘s audience is mostly just too casual to even care. Pretty sad but great job for uncovering this. Thanks a lot!
There's no ground to ban the account from the game. Yes, it was definitely wrong to cheat, but cheating in a competition doesn't mean banning the account
@@N4SCARfaN I guess you‘re right in this case but I was also thinking about all those 6,000+ meter jumps at danger signs etc. where the devs unfortunately don‘t give a damn. They killed a very fun part of the game with that

I took part in their FM7 GT4 championship a little while back. Never saw a hint of this sort of thing. This is also part of the reason why I avoid FH5 events. There's just too many ways to cheese these things, ESPECIALLY with an honesty system.
Exactly, Forza Horizon games and HLC/rivals events are really easy to chest in. Races and leagues, you can't really cheat in. That's why I haven't noticed too much wrong with PTG, I've only done FM7 events with them
Well, there goes my support towards the team PTG. I removed all of the downloaded tunes/liveries made by PTG members. I also advice people to do the same. Thanks for this video. They fucked up.
I'm not surprised given how dishonorable and scummy people drive online. I wish the game had more serious players. Players will ram you all game then rage quit when they miss a checkpoint cause they were tyrning to run you off the track, seeing them cheat for some clout and wheelspins is just sad.
I witnessed that I. A Trial I was doing with a friend. Two guys kept trying to wreck everyone on the team and consistently were in dead last. They were probably trolls, but we won the trial. It was really stupid.
Everyone wants to win, and to be on the top no matter how. This is one of the examples and this is not only one game where this happen. That's reason way so many people left multiplayer games and switch to singleplayer gameplay. I left Horionz 5 when I saw unreal results on scoreboards in so many official different events

@Imre Vig Only difference is that FH 5 is game with perspective that microsoft not using. Because of that become fast boring and disappointing like so many other games
Not even just the hackers man a lot of regular players are just as bad. Can't even remember how many times at this point people have rammed me. This made me think of an old thing I had won. It was a minecraft weekly payout grind server. Every week someone "won" money. I saved up for like a month and won a week by myself. I was accused of cheating and although I had multiple people vouch for me I still got banned and didn't receive my prize. And all that because of lying owner. A lesson to be learnt here I guess. Good on you for exposing them. Hopefully that ruins their relationship with the devs and runs their reputation into the ground.

I say, all racing challenges need to require video. In (though in another game) a rally challenge, we where using lightweight, low power 2WD cars with either Open Diff, or locking diff (manual or automatic, not like a LSD). The person is 1rst place was leagues ahead, and was competing with times for the that stage World Record, against AWD High Power rally cars, yet the rest of us go totally different times. Couple of us where suspicious of him, since his time was absurdly quick, and he didn't give us any idea how he done it, and no video evidence.
I think only the top 5 or so runs really need proof video and tune tbh. 1. to show newer players what they are doing wrong 2. to actually prove what they did is possible 3. to not hide good tunes from newer players.
@@0Synergy In all honesty, I think it would be fair if everyone would all get their laps reviewed with video evidence. It just makes the cheaters look even more tragic if they can't make top 5 💀 I like the idea of showing other players the lines of the track and helping them improve. I reckon #1 should be the demonstration video for that. As for tunes.. well, unfortunately, people do like to reserve their tunes when they get the best times, but you do find some gems out there that do share the #1 tune for a track and it's great. I think that would be for a different category though, rather than being video evidence for hotlaps, maybe video tutorials for a separate channel on Discord?

Long ago I played in a miniature online-only rainbow six vegas (I think it was this title) hosted by ubisoft / gamespy. They had the "PMS" clan play against any randos that could join their server in time. Any winners were supposed to receive $500. I’ve seen a number of BS forza teams in Motorsport. Online they continuously ram other player including myself. So because I do race very high skill I made it to first place only to slow down and ram every single one of them into a wall.(I don’t ram under normal circumstances but they all were asking for it). I called them out and their best explanation was it was a fake forza group pretending to be them(very believable I know). I can’t remember the team name, this was a while ago but it seems relevant
The simplest answer is probably attention and promotion, they were pinging the official lexus twitter and probably had a lot of publicity riding on it, they may have even had it rigged so one of them "wins" from the very start of the challenge by doing exactly what was done here and posting a time that was just slightly better than everyone else's yet still within the realm of possibility. Of course since Outlaw isn't discussing the matter further its all just hearsay and could very well have just been a mistake made by a single person to make their team look good, which backfired horribly because i doubt they were expecting a youtuber to enter.
Well the other option is he was using third party tools himself to boost his grip or speed... so.. either option doesn't look too good. Honestly it's reasons like this why I quit playing competitively...
Like the official Forza leaderboards, everything is glitched and rigged. Awesome. Hope that they fix the glitched times for the leaderboards or at least make the leaderboard car specific (every car has it’s own leaderboard)

I have been gaslighted in a discord server for not sportive behavior eventhought someone started it first multiple times and the germans letting them go because, people who rammed me is someone with high rank in fh4 and having good friends with the server apparently.

@@ReVDeatH ye i play trackmania and my idea is basicly trackmania system
I’m glad you exposed them. Absolutely hate groups that do this… and they’re supported by FH5 devs! What the hell!
FH5 devs are shitheads too, are you really surprised?

It’s sad that the Forza community has come to this man...

I mean the only plausible reason I can think of as to why you'd even cheat in your own competition with in-game rewards, is someone's colossal ego?
Ever interacted with any of them? Give it a go sometime, you'll see how right you are.
Okay, i often do the same in minecraft servers that i ask for an entry prize and choose my alt account as a lucky winner but man, in a racing game? They probably have like hundreds of millions already, and its literally people trying to be the best here

Stuff like this happens ALL THE TIME, luckily they did it to the wrong person who had enough of a following, the right equipment, and recorded everything.
That's much in the same vein as Playground themselves

Forza Devs themself wont go after cheaters nor do they delete cheated/glitched leaderboards. has been a thing for forever, they rather go for some cool blokes who create some animu tiddie liverys or whatever is offensive to them on that day
Couldn’t have put it better myself. They don’t care about clear cheating and glitching that directly affects all players, but emphasize irrelevant exploits that shouldn’t have been there in the first place. It’s really messed up.

I agree on video evidence. Would be incentive to do these challenges again.
I think only the top 5 or so runs really need proof video and tune tbh.
1. to show newer players what they are doing wrong
2. to actually prove what they did is possible
3. to not hide good tunes from newer players.

I like the idea of showing other players the lines of the track and helping them improve. I reckon #1 should be the demonstration video for that.
As for tunes.. well, unfortunately, people do like to reserve their tunes when they get the best times, but you do find some gems out there that do share the #1 tune for a track and it's great.
