Yes! I love NFS Heat, but this is one of its major issues for me. FH3 feels busy and exciting because of the life that having people and NPC drivers around everywhere gives it. NFS Heat feels empty and "boring" despite it being this big open world representation of Miami because it's just NPC traffic and buildings, nothing to make it lively.

I think they desperately need a story or more story like missions in forza. Just driving around is fun and all but it gets old and the missions in the newer forzas, especially 5, feel super meaningless and boring. All the races are just you going through checkpoints and they all feel the same. Tuning also should have more depth into it imo, it feels very bare bones and there's really no reason not to always max out a car. I think they should add some kind of pros/cons mechanism to make you actually think when upgrading, and also definitely have more parts.
As for me, the best game out of all of them is fh2. i think it has the best atmosfere, and it's located in southern france and nothern italy, which makes the map really stand out to be honest, it's just nice to roam around in there
Massively better looking just because its coastal Europe. I really didn't are for 3 as much. It had some gameplay improvements, but the setting makes it worse. The Sisteron ruins made me pause the game and then just explore. It looked so good. They need to just combine the world and choose one zone from each continent. Rio, New York, Rome, and Moscow would be amazing. Then make the DLC a huge map with Tokyo and the drift mountains on the outskirts.
I quite like the replication of the UK in FH4. Edinburgh is a good faximile of it. Given that i lived in both Edinburgh and the Cotswolds, it's a reasonable interpretation of the depiction. Broadway's layout is nowhere near like what it is in real life from Toddington to Evesham, but Ediburgh's Grassmarket, Queen's Street and Royal Mile are spot on. I'd happily have the FH4 map with the physics of motorsport 8
In the Forza horizon five city you said that it is really narrow and crammed together but what the developers were trying to recreate is a lot more narrow

Fun fact. What they did in FH4 with the AMG A45 and Volkswagen Golf R. When you switch gear you hear that little pop and crackle. Thats the most realistic they pulled off, unfortunately in FH5 they didn’t wich disappointed me

Maybe in general the sounds are similar in fh3, 4, and 5, but the cars sound SO much better and realistic in fh5. Some cars in fh4 sounded like lawnmower engines on steroids lmao. But it's fixed in fh5. Not to mention that the sounds and echoes change depending where you are in the fh5 map.

i think my favorite fh game is forza horizon 4 it seems to have the best graphics out of all of them and i like the area better, i just thing Britain is a much cooler better. the overall feel of Mexico makes it feel a little less immersive compared to forza horizon 4. I give fh5 a generous 7/10 fh4 is a solid 8.5-9/10 fh3 is also a 8.5-9/10. thanks for the video Goose!
One thing about fh4 that i find annoying is the menus. they are a lot more cluttered and messy, and the pause menu just has way more tabs than it needs. Fh5 is a massive improvement on that part, much cleaner menu design.
I’m glad someone has finally brought up the wheel support/physics and how it feels across all 3 games. I adore H3 but get frustrated over the physics compared to H5 when I try to drift or simply goof around on my simulator
I will say as a former Mexican resident the map in FH5 is pretty accurate when it comes to buildings, ranchos ( ranches ) , barns and the culture / vibes. I started playing on FH2 on the x360 and loved it, after being on playstation forever and finally switching back to xbox i gotta say im glad i made the switch, however there is some details that are noticeably not there on FH5
I think you should check your eyes, the games have major graphics improvments. Mainly between FH3 adn FH4, but FH3 for its age looks still really good. And check your ears too. Love your videos. Stay sideways.

Two is my personal favorite. I of course loved FH1 since we got way more freedom compared to FM4, but it definitely still felt closed in. Friends and I would drive around on the golf course since it opened up a bit their but besides that you were locked in on the roads. The rally DLC in FH1 was peak though I gotta say. FH2 really opened up and allowed for some great off roading.
FH4 is my favourite city as I live in Britain it looks SO SIMILAR like if you took a picture of one of the houses in the game I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference from real life.

I remember when FH1 came out, man that was absolutely amazing. Best sound track, but I think FH3 has the BEST graphics. But overall I have to say FH3 takes my #1 pick out of these 3 games but FH1 will always been my #1 across all the games jsut because of the nostalgia factor. But I really hated that you couldn’t tune cars in that game but for all the stuff it brought and really changed the open free roaming racing genre, it was a good trade-off. But I really did enjoy the actual season changes in FH4.
Fh3 to fh4 was a definite improvement. Car reflections come to mind immediately and shadows. Also the environment is noticeably better but only if you’ve stopped to look at it in detail. You won’t notice while racing. Fh4 to fh5 was definitely more subtle. Only thing I can think of off the top of my head are road textures are better. I’m sure there are some other improvements as well, but you can’t notice due to the games’ setting. UK Forza looks a hell of a lot better than Mexico Forza.

5:18 drifting in forza started to became a thing arround 2014 when FH2 was a thing the devs saw this and they added a drift zones in FH3 Also sterring didnt changed much when this comes to controller beetween fh3 and fh5. 5:18 drifting in forza started to became a thing arround 2014 when FH2 was a thing the devs saw this and they added a drift zones in FH3 Also sterring didnt changed much when this comes to controller beetween fh3 and fh5. FH3 is also my favorite part something about this game just make you wanna play it except the sounds these are best in fh2 these are even better than fh5 if you have access to fh2 you should really give it a shot it feels almost crazy to think that this game became fh5

when i was 4 to 8 fh3 but sadly the disc bro :/ then fh4 came out i loved it almost got all the cars fh5 beautiful masterpiece still playing but the one that will always stay in my heart is fh3 i cant get over it. if i had to choose from a forza game fh3 is the way to go for me

I can see the differences in all of them, personally i think FH4 and FH5 have more definition in the roads and cars up ahead but FH3 is quite bold and one texture like on the road. FH3 was my favourite game out of all of them though
