    We started using the low power end of GaN HEMT's (TriQuint, CREE & NITRONEX) within the last year replacing GaAs EpHEMT's in the harmonic oscillator designs for R&D with great success. Amazing stability. And now I understand more about what is happening inside the transistor that makes for such a "stellar" success in our designs. Thanks for this excellent presentation.

    Dr. Francesco, I didn't understand what is exactly meant by "bespoke device level characterization" at "00:01:36".
    Aside from that, thanks a lot for the great presentation, I liked it.
