We started using the low power end of GaN HEMT's (TriQuint, CREE & NITRONEX) within the last year replacing GaAs EpHEMT's in the harmonic oscillator designs for R&D with great success. Amazing stability. And now I understand more about what is happening inside the transistor that makes for such a "stellar" success in our designs. Thanks for this excellent presentation.
Each and every point I noted down, everypoint u are giving is that much helpful to understand the concept in better way, I was really enjoyed this session though videos was lengthy... Thank you soo much for neat and clean presentation.. You are really awesome..👏👏
Dr. Francesco, I didn't understand what is exactly meant by "bespoke device level characterization" at "00:01:36". Aside from that, thanks a lot for the great presentation, I liked it. ( But why the like buttons are deactivated? )
Thank you so much for this insightful, concise and informative lecture. This is exactly what I need, fast and to the point to help ramp up for GaN HEMTs. Thank you! (Why the like button is disabled :) )

Thanks!
Thank you very much for such a detail quality explanation. It helps me a lot to clear the fundamentals about HEMTs. Thanks
Thanks for your kind comments Bichoy!
Great presentation on GaN
Thanks! It's 10 years old now so I'm very pleased that it is still useufl!
Best explanation I've seen!
Glad it was helpful!
best ever explanation you really helped me to bridge gap between Si technology and other technology
Many thanks!
Thanks for your comments guys. M Xia, the presentation was put together using Prezi (prezi.com)
