Our bodies naturally produce D3 and vitamin A meaning we don’t need these from our diet. Vitamin B12 is only in cows via a supplement given to 98% of cattle or they get it from their diet. They MUST be combined with other specific plant proteins that contain the amino acids the other is deficient in. You cannot just consume whatever plant source and think you are getting all the amino acids your body needs. Inevitably, you WILL be deficient in specific amino acids. Problem #2: As you can tell by his physique, he is getting excess plant estrogens from his diet...likely from soy, but other sources, as well. This is actually one of those ones I cannot argue with. From a Hindu/jainist pov this is an excellent point. That guy is a Indian, I'm from India too, there are some guys like him, they go to kindergarten and make those kids see uncensored images of animals in slaughters, and many kids get dizzy and fall fainted.
Many complaints given on them and no action or even investigation done on them. Also the woke are spread on Indian kids in schools nowadays.
