Simple version of bubble：U can use regular sugar!
and when bubble is cooked well at 4:33 ,
used 1：2 - hot water：suger to make syrup
and put bubble in , wait 10 min, you got decious and sweat bubble
Its such a chad thing to hold a hot measuring cup by the sides when it has a handle

Ohhh this makes me miss Taiwan so much . . . taro and matcha were my go-to drinks when I loved there. The trendy versions you can get in the US are just not the same. Time to find a supermarket that sells taro root so I can make my own 🥹
Because most of the time in the US they’re not handmade with original ingredients like taro root/ube/real matcha. 99% of shops are using premade flavor mixes/boba.

We got lots of outstanding drink shop like Xing Fu Tang in Taiwan, so it’s not special for us. I would recommend you guys to visit Taiwan to experience our drinks and foods (and our terrible traffic)
