Thanks for a guide line, altough mine had some more clips and plastic moulding underneath i was able to get it all done within an hour. seperating the old lights and the grill from the old bumper and re installing was a crap job. again thanks for your posting !!

One thing that helps with separating the tabs is heat..Use a heat gun to soften them and they will separate much easier.. Also grind a V on the tip of your screwdriver which keeps a taper tipped screwdriver from slipping off the tab..Good video..

You took off the old bumper cover, but we didn't see you remove or replace the bumper. Then, you put on a new bumper cover. Did you actually replace the bumper or just the cover?

I’d like to dedicate this video to Dave H who was always willing to teach you something’s new, loan you tools his or even let you work from his shop. I literally couldn’t have done this video without you. We all miss you and look forward to being reunited with you some day 😔

Is the 2008 to 2018 same bumper since body shape is the same.

I’m not sure. Sorry I couldn’t answer your question

No. The shape changed after 2010. 2011 and up are the same

This is not a bumper. Or how to remove it. It's a bumper cover.

ON A 2013 TownCountry, the part I'm concerned with is what the fog lights are attached to, has come loose is is sitting lower than it should, and it appears to have slots that just slip over some tab in another part (I hope), but I haven't been able to find out what the part is even called - it's "part" of the bumper cover, and it has a (plastic) chrome strip across the entire length, and I THINK it's called a valance but finding nothing helpful yet as far as reattaching it - the bumper cover has only a slight crack in it and the tabs and slots look ok, but i don't want to force anything (yet). it seems you are dealing with that part at about 9:00 or so-- any ideas?

That’s a good question. All of the parts on the caravan are attached via the snaps. I’m not sure off hand what the part is called. Sorry I can’t help you more :(

@@outdoorsman9720 There's enough "inside" (good with the camera, eh) shots so I can see the tabs and slots all
over as you unsnap the fog lights, so even that much helps.....I still might let some one else do it, "in case"

Outdoors Man Here's a little follow-up - asked my neighbor if he knew anything about bumpers, took one look, and started popping the tabs back in, at the end that will still Mostly tabbed up...all it is is tabs and slots, no screws or fasteners, took all of 3 minutes to fix it. BTW, the piece is called (so far, at least) a [bumper cover air dam spoiler valance and fog light mounting grill assembly unit] or words to that effect. Tabs and slots, like an old Revell Hot Rod model kit....

You're using a Maxwell House Coffee coffee can? Can tell you're a rookie mechanic, all the pros use Folders coffee cans. Everyone knows that.
