In this video we visit an interesting station situated in Geelong’s northern suburb of Corio. Situated adjacent to the Viva Energy oil refinery, and with a decaying station building; Corio Station is certainly interesting.
We see many types of VLocity DMU’s, as well as an Aurizon Freight train, with GWA classes leading.

Hi Harry 👋 I really enjoyed this video, and this location is perfect for trainspotting with excellent sight lines from both ends of the platform. I agree with the 80's vibe, and I can imagine that this station was quite busy in previous years with it being in an industrial area. I remember when we had oil refineries in every major city and diesel was far cheaper than petrol. I enjoyed your well written and informative description. Excellent video, well done Harry 👏 👍
