    Prakhar, I read few comments below saying that you are biased and are getting into money. I would say that you have literally created this market. These projects would have worth pennies without your efforts " Jab tak jodenge nahi ". Like a Doctor study and charges fee, I believe you are truly justified to give your opinions about projects and bringing your learning from projects to us. I also know you never cover projects who do not provide you answer to all your questions or restrict access to areas. You are doing a marvelous job buddy! Keep it up!

    Great job Prakhar... You have the habit of getting down to the nitty gritties. However, I doubt if an instant filling of the personal pool with water will result in visible seepage. That will have to be ascertained by keeping it filled for ..say a week or 15 days at least. Experion is a builder that does value quality in its projects, Windchants is one good example. A very detailed video for prospective buyers in the area. The only con of this area / project is its approach road / connectivity to the DW Eway, in my opinion.

    Please don't go by any videos..go and inspect all properties inch by inch as you might be in for a surprise later on as most builders are not delivering what they have promised..best is to go for the bigger ones who are reliable..

      @@DwarkaExpressway Even if you have recommended, I would not consider you at any fault. It's completely a fault of builder and authority who approved this twice. A common person like you and me can just trust on authorities and audit documents. And when these documents are fake and misguiding, no one can do anything. It's just for consumers to be aware of these aspects and take informed decision. You can just take responsibility to confirm from builders and make builder's realise that now it's most important factor for end users while considering any property. These builders might hear you as you influence buying decision of mass.

    End of the day your channel and work has turned commercial. You will never share any real major faults of any builder becuase if not today maybe tomorrow you will be selling their projects. If you are focussed on making an unbiased big channel then it shouldn't be showing sales pitches from builders sales heads. It would have made more sense if you would have shared unbiased views of projects like you share construction videos of Dwarka expressway so nicely. You have turned into an agent afterall aligned with brokers after running such a stellar channel showing real issues, updates and information about Dwarka expressway. Now it can never be unbiased because of your conflict of interest as an agent.
    You are no more an agitated buyer like your channel bio says. You are an agitated buyer turned into a broker. There was just one channel with unbiased content that was you and now you are just another broker using your old image and audience.

      The problem with you is that you are here for free meal and when you didn't get one you started crabbing. I knew there were these sets of people who aren't happy to see others making their living but today God gave me a chance to witness one. I still remember your first atrocious comment without knowing any background of mine but I am happy that you saw more videos. My subscribers are happy for me, knows me personally, keeps in touch with me, remembers me in their prayers so you don't have to worry about what I am doing at all, it's none of your business. I am doing what all I can do with best of my abilities and people/residents are happy that someone atleast is doing clean and unbiased work in this field (you might not be aware that before entering into real estate I took my subscribers opinion too). Everyone has a family to run so now I am into real estate so that I can continue to follow-up on Dwarka Expressway and meet my expenses like you might also be working somewhere to earn your bread & butter. But the problem with people like you is that they can just accuse others for your own failures or lack of knowledge without knowing the actual story of the other side. And it is only foolish to think that any builder would allow me to review them to show their negatives, I mean who would allow that? If you are looking for certain services why won't you pay for it? I am returning your nose. I found it in my business, go poke it somewhere else!!!

      1. There are no free meals my friends otherwise every single youtuber won't beg to like subscribe in every video and you are no exception. I have seen you and your channel because you put your thoughts and yourself on a public platform not me. I didn't judge any of your personal bit but stated a fact about your public work on TH-cam.. You are judging me without even knowing who I am and what I do for a living.
      2. My first comment was an instant reaction after seeing multiple good videos and then seeing you turn into a broker to capitalise it. I used a Hindi word for a broker. If using Hindi word for a broker is atrocious then you are hyper sensitive for any business forget real estate. Infact I immediately deleted my comment because it was a natural reaction and you responded unlike others.
      3. Also it's extremely naive to throw words like ' people like you are failures and not knowledgeable' maybe you have developed some vague over confidence as others are upfront agents not selling themselves as a frustrated buyers.
      4. There are youtubers who genuinely make videos to educate and have a lot of credibility. Someone buying a 1.2-1.8 cr average ticket size will happily pay for personal consultation. TH-cam is built to monetise with options like ads, paid subscribers and you can charge for personal consultations like some credible youtubers are doing in your area as well. It's not feeding a family it's aligning with big money to give baised sales pitches.
      You haven't answered my question- Can a broker ever share correct advice for projects keeping in mind big commissions and relationships to maintain with builders. Conflict of interest.

      @@koustavghosh9480 108 sector is not bad but houses or apartments shouldn't be built very near to the Najafgarh Drain. Heartsong distance is fair enough and its fine.

    Actually the things are different. One should see water seepage multiple entries in blocks. Many things are hidden.

    Bro Ethically you need to mentioned that this is a paid promotions plus many are following you for Dwarka expressway updates but this is also true that this area having so much issues regarding the infrastructure development and wetlands related so please don't give unrealistic reason to justify your paid promotions.

      Dwarka Expressway ki almost Saari Societies mein seepage and water logging plus wetland ka issue hai but jinko paisa mil raha ho promotions ka woh sach kabhi nahi batayenge.
