In NCR noida, there are great options in 4bhk at 1-1.5 cr ,, with ample greenery around,, also Wave Township on 4500 acre land is bringing 4bhk segment at cheaper cost with golf, and 30%+ greenery ,, but this is also a good option if someone want to live in delhi and can afford plus 2cr cost...

What about constant train noise which comes from kishangarh railway track all the time? Phase 2 might be less affected by it though.

@@PropertyGalleryVlogs i went couple of times in phase 1 and every 15 mins there was a shrilling loud train noise coming in apartments, lobby area etc..phase 1 seems unliveable and dont how much phase 2 will be affected by it
