I agree, Into the Unknown is a bigger song. However, Show Yourself is packed with emotion. You said it, that part gave you chills, and it happens to most people. And if you add the knowledge that it’s her harmonizing with her mother who has been guiding her all along to step into her power and basically undo all the damage done to her in the first movie by making her hide all the time. Also, it’s an empowering song, she always thought she had to look somewhere else for her answers, when they were all within her. Particularly powerful when her mother sings you are the one you’ve been waiting for, and Elsa ends the phrase with all of my life.
It doesn't help that Elsa is breaking down into tears, the one who has been, as she says, a fortress and completely stoic throughout the films to this point. This was just an insanely powerful moment for her character and it translates really easily.

Notoya Arthur you totally hit it. Plus the way she sings with the character you'd expect it to that classic Broadway belting she can do, but this song she's mostly soft and precise. Its actually refreshing (in my opinion) 😆🎵
I think this song wouldn't be anyone's favorite when hearing it the first time. @@MyOhMyy520 yeah, I found that frozen 2 with a more mature audience. there are a few themes of loss, finding yourself and depression that won't hit home form a younger audience. I think the movie matured with it's original audience and it's what makes it so good. Also the movie just plays with your feelings a lot, first the show yourself song is highly emotional and if you don't completely lose it at this point a few moments later "the next right thing" comes to make sure you don't leave the cinema without suffering an emotional roller coaster.
To me, the reason Show Yourself is my favorite song is not exactly because of the music technicality or complexness of the song. To me, it is all about the context of the song. Seeing Elsa go through this long journey of starting off happy with her powers, then scared of herself, transitioning to being mostly happy with where she is, and finally a culmination at this song, where she finally realizes her place in the world and she can finally feel fully free. Having Queen Iduna (Her mother) tell her "you are the one you've been waiting for..." finally confirms it. A real tear jerker. Also, the part where she says "Show yourself, I'm no longer trembling, here I am, I've come so far" : Instant goosebumps every time. just my thoughts.

I'm a big Elsa fan, and I was so happy to finally see her discovering who she truly was!! Show Yourself may not be as well produced as Into The Unknown, but I still liked Show Yourself the most.
Honestly, as much as I loved Into the Unknown (wasn't all to fond of Show yourself either, tbh.), my absolute favorite song from Frozen II has to be The Next Right Thing. It's not a major song, because it's not meant to be. For those of us with anxiety or depression it's a message. The next right thing to challenge yourself doesn't start with a giant leap. It begins with a single breath, or a single step. As someone who's been struggling with a lot of problems lately, it was a message I sorely needed.
That's one of my favorite moments in the song. Is when she proclaims her rightful place as the fifth Element and guardian to the four elements and all four elements join together as like a way of acceptance for her as their protector. My utt most favorite part though in the song is the moment between herself and her mother and the fact that it's a moment of her officially discovering whom she is, what she's meant for and where she truly belongs. But this song is not just meant for Elsa's self discovery. I feel that this is song about self discovery for anybody that is currently or has fought through their insecurities and self doubts and finally figured out whom they truly are and not what others have perceived them as.
into the unknown has an amazing meaning and the vocals and instrumentals are on point but show yourself always makes me cry :’) it has a whole different vibe and i take it by heart
I didn’t even consider Show Yourself when they released the music first. My favorites were Into The Unknown and The Next Right Thing but as soon as I watched the movie and saw the whole scene for Show Yourself you bet your whole ass I was sobbing the whole time
Ok? Did my comment make it look like it was a big deal? No, I just pointed it out. I know it’s not the most surprising thing ever. I just think it’s a nice little detail they added.
REACT TO “LOST IN THE WOODS” 8:35 i’m not sure if you noticed but the choir in the back were say “ there a river full of memories, memories, memories” but they go lower and lower on each memory and that shit gave me hella goosebumps lol!! I love seeing you react to the frozen song and it’s funny and i do hear things and the things you point out that i didn’t hear before makes me love the song even more!
Most of the songs from these songwriters cycle through time signatures like crazy. Into the Unknown thows the music at you in 12/8 time with eighth notes constatnly doing the scales up and down, yet Elsa's lyrics are on quarter notes that are syncopated with the 8ths. They play with multiple time signatures all over. 7/8, 12/8, common, etc. The part that brings the chills every time... it's very EDM, but done with an orchestra. It's a slow build continuing upwards until Elsa sustains her note high and then you get a double drop. "Show yourself." Boom Boom. "Step into your power." Pause. Instruments and lyrics continue. Everything to emphasize the size and scale of this moment. Going from guitar doing the strums to a full choir, etc. Every moment of this song is a slow ramp. From minor key to major to up another major. from just piano and vocals, adding guitar etc. It's a psychological study in music feeding emotion.
I was hoping that someone would answer his call and question about the music theory. I like that he tries to analyze these Disney songs from a Producer and classically trained musician's point of view
@@TraanMeid Yes I definitely agree it is a bit messier, especially considering all the outtake songs that could've made the story clearer. But personally I love the themes and motifs of 2 better than 1
Into the Unknown has a nice musical aesthetic to it vs Show Yourself has an emotional discovery feel to it which REALLY hits different when you've seen this scene (I didn't favor it all too much either until I watched the movie). You will cry mah dudes
9:47 At this bit where her mother sings "You are the one you've been waiting for", please notice the choir in the background and how they're harmonizing along with the mother in a lower register. The deeper voices during that part really brought some unexpected bass to it, and in doing so gave a lot of emphasis to that specific line, which is essentially the message that Disney is trying to bring home with this song. I get chills every time. T_T
Same, this song really stood out among all the songs on the soundtrack to me before I got to see the movie. An amazing song that became even more amazing when I saw it on the big screen!
pls do every single song of Frozen 2? Especially 'All is found' (i love that song) Edit: I've heard that the long note in 'Show yourself' (I am found) has the same pitch as the long note in 'Let it go' ( I'm never going back, the past is in the past) AND that 'Show yourself' has the same structure as 'Let it go'. Both songs are about finding yourself and becoming free (or something). They both start very soft and "end with a bang". So in my opinion 'Show yourself' is the new 'Let it go'.
I love how you notice even the tiniest details, it really makes us realize how much effort actually goes into creating these songs. As for what you said in the beginning, I also like into the unknown more but within the story this song fits better as the main one due to what happens while she's singing it.
This piece is in 4. The reason it may not sound like it is because the composer included a lot of syncopation in the drums, and many of the accents are on a syncopated beat.
I remember watching Frpzen 2 at the cinema with two frineds and when show yourself started playing at the first hook (the not so high and loud "show yourself with just guitar and Piano) I remember turning to my friends and saying "This song is going to be loud, this song ist going to be awesome, This is the Let it go of Frozen 2" But tbh the whole music in that mnovie was just awesome, even for Disney Standards! For me the best movie in 2019 just judging by the music!
cookie lover She was singing to herself. It’s like when you are in a dilemma, and you talk to yourself (maybe mentally) to weigh your options and what you should do.
cookie lover It’s very clear who she’s singing to and what her objective Is in the actual scene. It’s very emotional, especially because its such a change in her normal character
*I think people liked Show Yourself because, watching the movie, it gives you huge feels.* But I also like Into The Unknown better as a song, Show Yourself if still good in many ways (as it tells a story with a double meaning)- however, song wise I’d listen to Into The Unknown. I thought that was this movie’s Let It Go honestly, not Show Yourself lol.
loved hearing your breakdown! i think one thing that also adds to the triumphant / fuller sound post key change is the fact that elsa/idina's voice is not just backed by a choir now- it's in direct harmony with the mother's voice (rachel evan wood i think?). I think this song and Into the Unknown are both spectacular for different reasons. I'm more of a choir ho than a Broadway ho, so I prefer this one for obvious reasons. thanks for the great vid!
I feel that they wanted to absolutely overflow everyone with emotions with this song, and it 100% worked for me. I'm shaky breathing, getting teary eyes, smiling, all while being amazed by the vocals and orchestra in the background
I actually love this song better than “Into the Unknown” but it’s cuz im a cry baby and I feel this song to the core...I get emotional every time I hear this and cry...it’s amazing!
“The Next Right Thing” is by far my favourite song from the movie 😭 Kristen Bell’s vocals is definitely very underrated 😫 Idina’s vocals are insane, don’t get me wrong, but I hope that if they make a 3rd movie, they make one of Kristen’s songs in it the highlight and promoted song🤪 And Frozen 2 just hits different to the first one, personally. Like the first one will always have the hype because it was pretty iconic, but frozen 2 was just all feels and relatable emotions😇 But the lyrics “all of my life” from this song just makes me wanna cry so badly man. Idina did such an amazing job😫🤩 along with it being a moment of connection between her mother and herself. Oh man, hits me right in the feels 😭
Nato: "right at that part you get the chills" man, I'be been feeling the chills the whole song!! I have to add that the piano at the beginning of the song is one of my favorite parts. It makes me feel so emotional. Like it prepares me for the feelings that are coming from the rest of the song. I definitely love this one and this is my fav song from Frozen 2.
There are two main things I love about this song: the build-up, and the message. I love how the song changes from nervous curiousity to gentle coaxing to an outright triumphant ending. Also, due to the way it was written, it is easier to sing than Into the Unknown. Less straining on the vocal chords ^^
Finally! It's cool you liked the first movie more than the 2nd. I personally liked Frozen 2 way more. This song gives me the chills every single time the choir begins.
Personally, Show Yourself is the best movie in the frozen franchise and one of the best of all Disney.. it just has it all: amazing visuals, happy/sad moment, touching lyrics, Elsa’s transformation and the more you listen to it... wow. I can’t get enough of this song❄️
I love how this sounds like a modern interpretation of a song out of Rent. Especially hearing Idina singing it. Got tears a bit the first time hearing it.
You mentioned that there was a chaotic element to the music and timing during the build up to the final chorus, which I hadn't noticed before. But, is it just me or does the chaotic music and timing become one when the final chorus comes. I noticed that the timing is much more uniform within all the parts bringing them all together at the end. Am I just imagining this? Because it makes so much sense musically.
"Show Yourself" is a song that you have to see the movie for you can get it or appreciate it. I think the song goes well with the scene. When I first heard the song, I was like this isn't as good but when you see the movie it gives you perspective. At least for me. And then you listen to it a million times and be like yeah I can see why it is better that "Into the Unknown."
Yaaay, the video I was waiting for 👏🏾👏🏾 I always love the way you react to songs. I was telling my sister that it makes me listen to the music in a different, better way. Just like you said at the end of the video about hearing things we didn't before. Awesome work right there 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
dizzy's legacy I guess you prefer the variety in music you’ll get for the next few years instead of one song on repeat lol I liked both films, just my heart goes out to parents.
I prefer Show Yourself more because it's a song that makes me feel confident and strong. The lyrics/song meaning and the way it is sung was full of emotion that it connects with me. It is a song that uplifts me and make me feel like I can take on anything. I think they successfully conveyed the emotions they're trying to show and let the audience feel. Believe and be confident of yourself because you are strong, you could stop doubting yourself now because you've found yourself. You don't have to fear anymore.
your comments are so insightful, man. I was sold when you did into the unknown and got really excited when I saw you did show yourself. The things you said I wouldn’t have thought about at all
I appreciate how dedicated you are to the video. If you hadn't pointed it out I wouldn't have noticed the change like the amateur I am, but even with the change in setting and quality, it's great you pointed it out. Shows how much you love this :)
You have no idea how badly I wanted this video to come out. I’ve shown the last video to just about everyone I know who does music and it’s made me so hyped I’ve started composing music on my own. You rock man.
I love show yourself! I relate to it 100% and I love to sing it it’s really fun! And it’s in my vocal range 😂 the line “you are the one you’ve been waiting for” hits me so hard every time. I don’t need someone else to make me feel complete even though thats what everyone expects of you. (A lot of girls my age need to realize this) and it makes me just fell like I can do anything I put my mind to. I just *love* this song so much. I feel like I’ve been looking for something my whole life (friend group) (people I can relate to) (being popular) when really all I’ve been looking for is myself. I don’t need to be popular or have a boyfriend on the football team to feel good about myself, or be the best volleyball player, or cheer captain. I just need to be myself! And maybe I’ll find my best friends soon. Ever since I heard this song It really changed me.
Into the Unknown is THE song for Frozen 2 because it sets the mood for the whole movie. The excitement is there, the high vocals of Elsa was showcased again, and the conflict within elsa was showed in this song however, Show Yourself is the superior song for me because it has so many layers not only technically speaking but emotion-wise too. It is a rollercoaster of instruments and progressions as well as an emotional rollercoaster.
I like both songs for what they represent. Into the Unknown was Elsa’s call to action where as Show Yourself served as her achievement being unlocked and both songs do that perfectly.
For a long time I thought sh was saying, "Throw Yourself Into Something New" instead of grow yourself, and I think I actually like that misheard lyric better. Elsa isn't changing who she is and growing into something new, she's realizing who she's been all along and daring to throw herself into a new world where she truly belongs. Just a thought I had when I saw the real lyric in this video.
I've just realized that the pause might be her waiting for an answer to her call. If it makes any sense. Great video. This is definitely my favorite song in the movie.
I love watching his videos cause I'm a huge vocal nerd so it's really nice to hear what you have to say about the instruments as I usually get distracted by the voices. You open up my music world and I LOVE it!!!!
This is going to sound weird but this song makes me cry but not for the reason most people do; i cry bc I have been struggling with my sexuality for years and when I heard rhis for the first time, i resonated with that. With wanting to just be yourself, letting my whole self just be free. I love this song not only bc its a great song, but for this very personal reason.
It’s really cool going over the music. You pointed out instruments and techniques that I never noticed before! Which makes me appreciate Frozen 2 and their music even more!!! I love the songs! I sing them all the time! Thank you!! 😃
I was like" Into the Unknown" is better but listening to both of them overtime, Show Yourself had me better and realize it's lyrics and change of beat is better
i thought the same about the piano in the second verse of the song the first time i hear it! i love the song, it gives me chills and i can't control myself and i cry every time i hear it. especially in the part when she is singing with her mom. i can't help myself. love your reactions. love from argentina
That section you where you were confused with the time signature actually just sounds like common time (4-4). The percussion just seem to be coming in on the off beats. Some really cool rhythms made by the composers. The piano also seems to be playing tuplets. Specifically a triplet for every two quarter beats. So this may make it seem like it´s an irregular time signature.
I like into the unknown too 😘😘and yes Frozen 1 is still the best one 😂thank you for dissecting the last part,I’ve always wondered on this since the last part is the one who made an impression to me,it was impactful 👏🏻👏🏻
I think it could be 4/4 all the way through but part of it seems like its in 3/4+3/8. Also, at the climax when the harmony kicks in, I think that there is some dissonance in the lower harmony, causing the chills there on top of the modulation of key, which is a total broadway trick.
It's all 4/4; there's no fancy time signatures and starts at 120 bpm in the intro, then jumps to 125 bpm at the louder section, then it gets a bit rubato before the key change, then gets back on 125 until the Ritardando to end it...
*Sorry this video took forever to come out! Thanks for watching!*

Thats a great description of the song :) I've never looked at it that way before, thanks for sharing.
It’s mine too
Me too and Same here it is my favorite song and as struggling with ADD and OCD I needed the message in The Next Right Thing.
It was mostly about grief though, not depression/anxiety. But I understand what you mean :)
The one anna sings when olaf melts and elsa freezes?
me: she sounded so good omg
him: *aRe tHoSe tHe PiAnOs iN tHe bAcKgRoUnD*
SAMANTHA??
He's not a vocal coach. He's a music producer ok
SAMANTHA??
SAMANTHA??
Those pianos are samantha XD
When the choir sang and then when Elsa looks at her mom and tears up... i was SOBBING.
Me too in the theaters
Spirit. She's the fifth spirit. Not element. That'd be Leelo.
into the unknown has an amazing meaning and the vocals and instrumentals are on point but show yourself always makes me cry :’) it has a whole different vibe and i take it by heart
alelaaa im willing to wait another 6 years for frozen 3 so they have the time to compose godly songs like in 1 and 2
alelaaa 😭😭😭
you should also react to Lost in the Woods it has the 80s vibe
cHi HUAHuA sorry but that was my least favorite song. We all knew how in love Cristoff was with Anna. We didn’t need a whole song dedicated to it.
I didn’t even consider Show Yourself when they released the music first. My favorites were Into The Unknown and The Next Right Thing but as soon as I watched the movie and saw the whole scene for Show Yourself you bet your whole ass I was sobbing the whole time
Did y’all notice the snowflake got brighter at certain areas?
PlushTuber101 PT yeah so? It does that with the other songs
Damn, I was just saying since I didn’t notice it until now.
PlushTuber101 PT yeah and I was just saying that it’s not that surprising
Ok? Did my comment make it look like it was a big deal? No, I just pointed it out. I know it’s not the most surprising thing ever. I just think it’s a nice little detail they added.
@@plushtuber101pt7 XD Ikr
I actually like the second film over the first film tbh.
I think the 2 one has more emotions to it unlike the first one.
I agree the 2 one has so much emotions and it's amazing. But with me the first when her parents die I always cry cause I know what happened to them.
Norissa 123 yeah I'm surprised I tear up a bit in the second film then I did with the first film.
@@rwkc3004 there both good movies but I like the second a bit better. I love the first one but I love the second one alot
Agreed
REACT TO “LOST IN THE WOODS”
8:35 i’m not sure if you noticed but the choir in the back were say “ there a river full of memories, memories, memories” but they go lower and lower on each memory and that shit gave me hella goosebumps lol!!
I RECOMMEND AURORA SONG RUNAWAY SHE IS THE VOICE IN THERE
Yes aurora is so good!
or the song about the murder ((or is it this one)
Or The Seed!
Winter Bird is good too

I love you and I'mma let you finish but FROZEN 2 IS WAY BETTER THAN FROZEN 1
I love you for this cause I wanted to say this!!!!!
Agree 100%
frozen 2 is a little messier and not as clear as frozen 1, but i can understand why you prefer 2 over 1 though
@@TraanMeid Yes I definitely agree it is a bit messier, especially considering all the outtake songs that could've made the story clearer. But personally I love the themes and motifs of 2 better than 1
Bam bam I agree ma’am
That run with the strings at 7.39, before the Sami choir pops in? Same run occurs in Let It Go as the castle is rising.
OMG WHY DIDNT I NOTICE THIS BEFORE!!!
Not really...
Woah!! It’s not exactly the same but it’s very similar I love that!
Its a different melody but yea almost similar!
Show yourself IMMEDIATELY became my favorite when I listened to the soundtrack. Then when I went to see the movie, the scene made me cRY
Same, this song really stood out among all the songs on the soundtrack to me before I got to see the movie. An amazing song that became even more amazing when I saw it on the big screen!
pls do every single song of Frozen 2? Especially 'All is found' (i love that song)
Edit: I've heard that the long note in 'Show yourself' (I am found) has the same pitch as the long note in 'Let it go' ( I'm never going back, the past is in the past) AND that 'Show yourself' has the same structure as 'Let it go'.
8:48 when you said _”Right there you get the chills!!”_ I got the chills. I love this song so much 🤍🧊
As NF and Eminem Fan, not gonna lie, raised my hand for this song damn the instrumental is gave me chill man
I remember watching Frpzen 2 at the cinema with two frineds and when show yourself started playing at the first hook (the not so high and loud "show yourself with just guitar and Piano) I remember turning to my friends and saying
"This song is going to be loud, this song ist going to be awesome, This is the Let it go of Frozen 2"
But tbh the whole music in that mnovie was just awesome, even for Disney Standards!
For me the best movie in 2019 just judging by the music!
@Mason PlaysMinecraft Well, it's not about the count of words, it's about the message.
Let It Go - Self Acceptance
Show Yourself - Self Understanding
The choir at the end is like a religious experience every time!
'' The next right thing '' is the next right thing to react my bro

I really like that The Next Right Thing. It isn't the most produced, but the voice is so good, and the lyrics are so meaningful as well.
But who is she singing to and why when she so sad?it's like somebody forcing her?
cookie lover She was singing to herself.
Evan Rachel Wood ^^
I feel that they wanted to absolutely overflow everyone with emotions with this song, and it 100% worked for me. I'm shaky breathing, getting teary eyes, smiling, all while being amazed by the vocals and orchestra in the background
I laughed so hard when he said "Right there you get the chills!" right as i was getting chills XD
I actually love this song better than “Into the Unknown” but it’s cuz im a cry baby and I feel this song to the core...I get emotional every time I hear this and cry...it’s amazing!
“The Next Right Thing” is by far my favourite song from the movie 😭 Kristen Bell’s vocals is definitely very underrated 😫 Idina’s vocals are insane, don’t get me wrong, but I hope that if they make a 3rd movie, they make one of Kristen’s songs in it the highlight and promoted song🤪
And Frozen 2 just hits different to the first one, personally. Like the first one will always have the hype because it was pretty iconic, but frozen 2 was just all feels and relatable emotions😇
But the lyrics “all of my life” from this song just makes me wanna cry so badly man.
I diasgree, frozen 2 was way better
I think so too
I think there both good
Frozen 2 will not happen without frozen, but Frozen 2 has better animation...They are both good
I liked the twist in frozen 1 better and frozen 2 plot is kinda basic but its good
Christian Fernandez I mean the first frozen was made a few year ago so of course the animation changed
Finally! It's cool you liked the first movie more than the 2nd. I personally liked Frozen 2 way more. This song gives me the chills every single time the choir begins.
Monster from Frozen on Broadway is the true soft rock song of Frozen. Well worth a listen!
Personally, Show Yourself is the best movie in the frozen franchise and one of the best of all Disney.. it just has it all: amazing visuals, happy/sad moment, touching lyrics, Elsa’s transformation and the more you listen to it... wow. I can’t get enough of this song❄️
This is the most emotional song in this movie, speaks to everyone who's dealing with turmoil.
I love how this sounds like a modern interpretation of a song out of Rent. Especially hearing Idina singing it. Got tears a bit the first time hearing it.
I get stronger chills on every jab after the “show yourself” key change and the harmony
I really appreciate that you felt so strongly about the importance of the key change that you went back to comment on it.
Joey: “High chords usually mean... happiness.”
Me banging chords on the high keys of my piano: WhY iSnT iT wOrKiNg
It’s in 4/4 the whole time which is so crazy to think about. When she says “Show yourself” it’s 1, 2; and the music entering again is 3, 4
I second that. The "here I am...." why did they do that? Why!?
Suzanne Hartmann that piano part is CRAZY!!!!
there is a time signature change into 'darling homeward bound' - i think goes into 2/4 only for a bar (i may be wrong)
Tom Allan You’re right. I have the sheet music in front of me!
The sheet music I saw said it was in 12/8
Yaaay, the video I was waiting for 👏🏾👏🏾 I always love the way you react to songs. I was telling my sister that it makes me listen to the music in a different, better way. Just like you said at the end of the video about hearing things we didn't before. Awesome work right there 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Personally I like frozen 2 better, my 5 year old daughter can sing all 3 songs and perform them on point ( she’s a huge frozen fan ) 👌
dizzy's legacy I guess you prefer the variety in music you’ll get for the next few years instead of one song on repeat lol I liked both films, just my heart goes out to parents.
Just one question, did.... we...... ask. I think not
All three? There's quite a few songs in the movie. Which three?
O'Donnell Andrew the main 3 Let it go, Into the unknown, and show yourself
Im 29 and im a huge frozen fan, is that ok?
I prefer Show Yourself more because it's a song that makes me feel confident and strong. The lyrics/song meaning and the way it is sung was full of emotion that it connects with me. It is a song that uplifts me and make me feel like I can take on anything. I think they successfully conveyed the emotions they're trying to show and let the audience feel. Believe and be confident of yourself because you are strong, you could stop doubting yourself now because you've found yourself. You don't have to fear anymore.
*Frozen 2*
Me: omg I love the song..
Him: Nice String.
everytime she sings “I am found” bro all the emotions come crashing down
Show Yourself is imo the best song in either movie
your comments are so insightful, man. I was sold when you did into the unknown and got really excited when I saw you did show yourself. The things you said I wouldn’t have thought about at all
I loved Into The Unknown before but i kept hearing to Show Yourself many times and it became my favourite song I'm serious its soooo good
I appreciate how dedicated you are to the video. If you hadn't pointed it out I wouldn't have noticed the change like the amateur I am, but even with the change in setting and quality, it's great you pointed it out. Shows how much you love this :)
Am I the only one who thinks the last “Ah, ah, ah, ahhhh” at the end of the song is SO angelic?
“i am founddddd” makes me cryyy
Lost in the woods plzz
You have no idea how badly I wanted this video to come out. I’ve shown the last video to just about everyone I know who does music and it’s made me so hyped I’ve started composing music on my own. You rock man.
Alright at 7:30 he matched perfectly with the music, it sounded so good!
Am I the only one who gets in their bag when Rachel comes in..........just me?........ok😢
Someone put this man to listen Defying Gravity
I like both songs for what they represent. Into the Unknown was Elsa’s call to action where as Show Yourself served as her achievement being unlocked and both songs do that perfectly.
For a long time I thought sh was saying, "Throw Yourself Into Something New" instead of grow yourself, and I think I actually like that misheard lyric better. Elsa isn't changing who she is and growing into something new, she's realizing who she's been all along and daring to throw herself into a new world where she truly belongs. Just a thought I had when I saw the real lyric in this video.
Fun fact at 8:16 the song is All is found which is the lullaby of their mother. Its amazing how they incorporated a song to another song
This was my favourite song from this film like don’t even try to change my mind 😂😂😂really enjoyed this break down 💕
My favorite
Frozen l: FOR THE FIRST TIME IN FOREVER/LET IT GO
FROZEN ll: INTO THE UNKNOWN/ SHOW YOURSELF
I absolutely loved Show Yourself! :D
THIS SONG IS SUCH A MASTERPIECE
I’m SO GLAD someone else pointed out the time signature! They way this is written is masterfully done. So powerful.
I personally love The Next Right Thing. The way Kristen Bells voice shudders at the emotional parts just kills me.
Show yourself is hands down the best song in the movie.
Getting chills from the song
Joey: It's the slow drum...
Me: IT'S THE CHOIR!!!!!
5 seconds later..
Joey: It's the choir....
Me: That's what I thought
i thought the same about the piano in the second verse of the song the first time i hear it! i love the song, it gives me chills and i can't control myself and i cry every time i hear it. especially in the part when she is singing with her mom. i can't help myself. love your reactions. love from argentina
Whoa! My favorite from the first one is For The First Time in Foerever, too!!
Eminem: *releases an entire new album with 17 fire songs*
Joey Nato: reacting to frozen 2 ‘show yourself’
Lol
It's all 4/4; there's no fancy time signatures and starts at 120 bpm in the intro, then jumps to 125 bpm at the louder section, then it gets a bit rubato before the key change, then gets back on 125 until the Ritardando to end it...
