Here we gooooo this what I been waiting on. I'm building my 23 lrst up now.
The system is definitely beautiful. It sounds beyond amazing on the showroom floor and sitting still. 65-70 mph and it's still a great system. Above 75-80, it's ok. Overall, I love this system on my 23 FXLRST.
Like other HD/RF systems, it’s lacking for the price. Better than not having it.
One thing I HATE about this system, is it auto plays every time the bike is started.
Thinking about adding a Adblack faring to my 2023 fat bob and installing this kit . I hear it fits

If you use cardo can you still take calls via bluetooth and hear the calls inside helmet speakers while the rockford plays? Or are call audio also then coming out of the rockford?

I have same mini boards on my 2018 fxlr. Crossthread makes a very nice brake lever and pad for forward controls. She's a beauty...I'm getting the FXLR/ST bug..oh no!
How do you like the 6.5” risers? And how tall is the rider? Looking at them for my bike but I’m 6’2”.
Go with the 9.5” risers
Just put on 10" risers. I'm 6'2" as well. Way better IMO
You should play music outside of the garage, I mean the acoustics sound great but how about outside or even better as you ride the bike.
how did you get the 20-point undone under the seat? I can't seem to get it undone with it being so cramped.
I fitted it to mine, in my opinion its no good over 60mph, 45 to 50 its OK, can't say what it's like with no helmet on. I personally think there are better things you can spend 1k on.

How can you hear music when you are blasting down the highway at speed with loud pipes? The FXLRS seems like a better choice for me.
Can you explain why the FXLRS is better than the FXLRST from what you are trying to point out?
@@devinmoore1352 - Sorry, I mixed up two gripes about the ST model. FWIW, I just don't like the look of fairings. I don't ride a Harley presently, but have a dream of buying an FXLRS and customizing to my tastes. Factors include: a monster engine, the M8 sound with aftermarket pipes & the classic look of the original hardtails, in that order. Mainly cruising around town. Attach a windshield and strap-on bags for longer forays.
@@Zulutime44 that makes more sense, I thought you were saying the FXLRS was better due to loud pipes and music and had me thoroughly confused 😂
I agree with you though about customizing to your taste. I actually really like the ST fairing, but I also love the FXRT fairing with lowers. I dont care to listen to music while im riding and if I wanted to I have a helmet that can do that so the rockford system, or any, is mediocre to myself.
But basically what im getting at is I love the low rider s in general and im going to buy a FXLRS, although im not against an ST because I like it too, just cant get over the FXRT look
for $1200, it sounds good , but they should have put a bass shaker under the seat
There is absolutely zero room under the seat... all the electrical components are stuff there already.
