    These subliminal anxiety affirmations shouldn't be listened to while operating any kind of machinery of when critical thinking is necessary.     Yall I promise, it doesnt last. It may be consuming you rn, it may be lingering, but it will get better. You will be better. Hold on as long as you have to.       If you go up to the little settings wheel in the top right corner, you should be able to hit "loop video" and it will replay while you are asleep. 😊

    Please do more subliminals there’s certainly not enough of them on the Internet.. do them with slow, sleepy music… This is just a little too fast sometimes keeps me awake… But I love it, and I listen to it every night… Thank you😊

    hey Dennis, or anyone if they know i had a question. you mentioned in a previous video and i’ve also read about how the brain doesn’t understand negation like “dont” “no” “not”, so i you say “i don’t want a panic attack” your brain understands “i want a panic attack”. wouldn’t this also apply to the affirmations of “i no longer fall victim to a feeling in my body”? maybe i just misunderstood and if i did forgive me, but i’d like some clarity on this.

    I cant hear the audio just the music for some reason is there a way to fix this?

      That's the entire point of a subliminal. You shouldn't be able to hear it clearly. Your subconscious will most definitely absorb the subliminal words though. Just relax and enjoy, dear.

      Yes, listening during the day in the background will still have an impact on the subconscious mind.

    I need your help / advice I had a tubal 3 years ago when I was being extubated I vaguely remember waking up feeling like I was drowning swallowing to get more air and couldn't move i swore I heard the docs say they were going to loose me, next I know I'm waking up coughing up alot of yellow stuff. My fiance said they had to reintubate me I Had a layrngospasm .. i was given 2 meds one to paralyze me after this experience I found I have lingual tonsil hypertrophy which also can cause difficult intubation. My bp was 220/120 my o2 was 80 and HR was 120... I need a endoscopy in feb and maybe lingual tonsil surgery find out in Jan but I link surgery to death now.. and the endoscopy... Idk how to over come this ?? Any encouragement helps. I'm a health anxiety sufferer
