I like the taxidermy lol. So many agents tell you to put it in storage before the house goes "live". And LOL that bit about people who look at pics online and make an offer and never go in person, and don't get an inspection- well I have a new neighbor who did just that! Looked at it on her phone, then overpaid, not realizing the money pit she just bought. She just really loves this location and said she has been trying to buy here for a while, and people keep snatching up houses before she can make an offer. I hope she doesn't have to spend too much to get it comfortably rehabbed. She is way nicer than the people living next to us on the other side.

This one will have been purchased 5 times in 15 years. My neighbors home was sold once in 80 years only because the first owner died at 103. I'm the 3rd owner of my 100 year old home and I have owned it before this Kentucky home was built. I guess some want a constant change of scenery and vacations aren't enough.
