      Yes you don't mix and keep. But u can mix it into the portion u want to consume immediately. Thanks for watching 😍

    Can I get a comprehensive list of the ingredients used in the video to look for them here in Abuja?
    Also, what's another name or English name for the tiny crayfish-like fish you used? I don't think the vendors in Abuja would understand the Igbo name of the fish.

      I am a proper Enugu babe and this is how they prepare 💯 Abacha and ingredients too
      All the youtube videos on Abacha are not the 💯 percent method. That is if you know the real taste of Abacha

      The ngu is added after you have dished your abacha in a plate, just put the quantity you want on top of your abacha and eat. Mixing it will spoil it quickly, except you will eat all immediately
