It’s kinda wild how getting disowned by Heihachi set him on a better path in life and lead him to becoming one of the few genuinely good people in the world of Tekken. Time and space really does heal wounds, and Lee had the chance to heal and mature over the course of the large time skip between T2 and T4. It’s inspiring, really, how Lee realized that seeking revenge would only feed into the cycle of violence and cause more pain, so he instead focused on making the life of other people better through his silly robots.
Lee is also one of my favorite characters in Tekken. His elegance, his flamboyant personality, his at times goofy antics, as well as his design and fighting style, all captured my attention since I was a kid. I can't wait to start playing as him, along with my other favorite characters, once Tekken 8 comes out
I also do wish there would be more to him than just money. I still enjoy him as a character to watch and play as. And it is fascinating that Lee is acquainted with Paul and Law.
I feel Lee after hiding himself as Violet embraced that persona so well that he "became" Violet with everything he does. As for Paul and Law becoming his friends, I forgot which Tekken game it was, but I think it was T5. Paul was in Lee's training room since it was training us the player to fight Combot, Lee was mad at Paul destroying most of his machines and had to take him outside the lab.
The ignored stepchild is actually the one who contributed to the improvement of technology and society the most. If an Alien invasion actually happen in Tekken universe considering the existence of Ogre. He would probably be the most crucial and Important "Mishima" due to his inventions
I like Lee's character and how it's progressed throughout the story. I actually do like his new outfit for the reason it exists, and it's great to see his other outfits still exist in tandem.
Lee will always be my go to in this franchise. Ever since I was introduced to him in Tekken 4. I started off with Tekken 3 back in the day (the only game Lee missed out on) and I had no knowledge at the time that the Silver Haired Demon got his start in the first Tekken. So that was a surprise to discover after I played Tekken 4 and looked more into Tekken Tag, Tekken 2, and Tekken 1 at the time.
From “Excellent” to “Marvelous!” Also, I honestly like Lee’s Tekken 8 design, looks Battle ready and all. By the way, I do have a fond of battle suits and body armor.
@@batman500below2 Same. I also kinda like the battle suit. But the goggles sorta throw me off. It's more or less the color of it tbh. If it was like a type of blue or maybe black, it would look much better.
I think he will fight Kazuya but lose and then Jin will save the day. For all we know combot could be reactivated and take on the violet persona and try to help stop Kazuya in a way. It should be intresting to see where the lore goes from here after this storyline is over.
I'm sorry but Lars is not interesting. I'm not even trolling he was the start of rubbish characters in tekken. I really feel this way. Tekken 1/2/3 everybody no matter how eccentric were valuable. Tekken 5 ughhh..
This is a great video, thank you! Lee is such a solid character. Lee and Kazuya’s fight is definitely canon in Tekken 1 but according to the lore, Paul and Kazuya would’ve fought in the semi-finals (after Paul beat Kuma) so Lee wouldn’t have come second.
I hope that he and his brother, Kazuya, does actually get a one on one confrontation with each other, or during the group fight of Kazuya vs. everyone we saw in the trailers, we see him and Kazuya have a dialogue with each other where Lee attempts to reason with his brother to stop all this unnecessary chaos, pointing out how this kind of thing is what their father wanted to happen, and he was being worse then their shared rat bastard father that caused so much harm to them both, but to Kazuya most of all. Basically, I don’t want him to have any person ill feelings towards his brother that he once had, but at the same time is willing to do what he must to stop his brother from committing this unnecessary chaos to enslave the world, something he knows Kazuya doesn’t need and what Heihachi would’ve wanted which infuriates Lee to a degree as Kazuya is essentially becoming what Heihachi wanted out of his son, but ten times worse and as he proved there’s no reason to carry on the desires of their evil father.
@@onyxwolfreaper21 well, Lee cleary was well informed on who Lars is when they first met, and Lars doesn't really have a reason to keep this discovered detail from lee.

Lee was the only one to look at the Mishima feud and think "There's no point in this."

Same same
The sanest Mishima. Excellent!
The legend has come once more
He's adopted.
And that's why he's sane.
There's also Lars, but is a hard headed man
See guys? Marshall Law does contribute to the main story!
I also do wish there would be more to him than just money. I still enjoy him as a character to watch and play as. And it is fascinating that Lee is acquainted with Paul and Law.
😂
And it super disappointing that Law's entire lore is nothing but being unsuccessful and broke man

The suit's nice. Not a fan of the goggles though. But I get it. Lee's not one to hide his face, So a helmet wouldnt make much sense.
