Gosh, I am so curious if my car cx 30 , 2023 has a warm wheel. I was driving today ( Toronto, Ontario, -13, Feb 29), my butt and back nice and warm, my hands like ice.. The car was sitting outside for the all day..

Why do they only heat half the steering wheel whereas other cars hear the whole wheel?
