    Hey everyone ♥︎ If you're not a Beginner anymore, but the other Ab videos are still a tiny bit too hard for you. This workout is for you! It's a "Medium Level" - so something right in between :)
    I will publish new Free Home Workout Plans for next week on my Instagram later!

      Usually your final exercise to express is Plank as goal finished line🍍after an ananas it deserves as accomplished daily routine😋

      Tried this today. Love it! Actually, i love all of your workout videos. They are all timed perfectly, demonstrated very well, and also there are enjoyable music as the background sound. Love them. My favourite is your full body workout. I have a request, can u also include the estimation of our calories burnt at the end of the workout? Thankyou for reading my comment.       This is true for me, too! I discovered Pamela's workout first then I tried Chloe's but I went back to Pamela coz I feel more burn when doing her workouts.

      Chloe's workout is more of a beginner-friendly pack while Pamela is on the advanced level. I am a Chloe follower too (and I still do her workouts) but if I feel like doing the harder ones, I always go here 😂

    Guys, I’m so proud of myself! I finally was able to do this workout without breaks and i didnt feel like it was hard. I feel like I can do some more workouts. What I want to say: you can do it! Every day you get better until you’re as strong as Pam. I believe in you ❤️
    Edit: i took break for some days & today I came back. I did her 10 mins waist workout and then did this & I was able to do this without any breaks again. Just wanted to tell you, cuz it shows that you can do it 💪🏻

    The missions ,what you have to do to become a great and strong body:
    1. Do one of her workouts videos every day.
    2. When you do the exercises, don’t cheat, you have to do a big effort.
    3. Eat normal and I promise you that just in 1 month you will see results.

      Don’t worry that’ll be you after a while, she has been doing them for years most likely, and trust me, she does get tired, she’s just more used to it and it’s more of a warm up to her probably, and she know how to keep a straight face.

    1st day (June 22nd 2020) : it was really hard.. I took a lot of rests
    2nd day (June 23rd 2020) : it was a little bit easier than yesterday.. still took a few rests
    3rd day (June 24th 2020) : didn't have time to do it :/ so I'll take today as a rest day
    4th day (June 25th 2020) : done 😁 it was easier than the first two days
    5th day (June 26th 2020) : soo I'm on my period and I won't do this but I promise I'll be back in a week and restart the two weeks 😉

    1st day (July 1st 2020) : so I'm restarting my little challenge of two weeks 😁 today was good but I took a few rests
    2nd day (July 2nd 2020) : I got distracted and I didn't finish the workout 😅
    3rd day (July 3rd 2020) : this time I did the entire workout 😁 I feel a little bit sore but I think it's because I didn't work out for a whole week
    4th day (July 4th 2020) : done 😁 it was pretty easy
    5th day (July 5th 2020) : rest day 😉 I'll go to the beach so I don't have the time to do the workout
    6th day (July 6th 2020) : pool party 😁 (didn't have time to do the workout)
    7th day (July 7th 2020) : yesterday I got sunburnt and I almost cut one of my fingers off, so I think I'll take a few days rest.. maybe I won't come back.. I will depend on my mood but I want to thank you for the support ❤️

    Edit : I don't think I'll continue this little challenge because I'm very busy with my inscription to high school and I don't have the time to do anything else.. maybe I'll come back in the future, maybe in September..     I'm finally back, sorry if you waited so long for me but now I'm here to reach my goal
    i started my weight loss journey last year but it didn't work as planned.. I gave up after just 5 weeks
    but now I started a new journey and so far i lost almost 10 kg without working out.. I was on a diet but i had cheat days (a lot of them haha)
    and now i got motivated to work out so i can reach my goal faster.. I will put my measurements from this morning (April 12th 2021) here and I'll update you guys every Monday to tell you how I'm progressing :)

    Can someone remind me?I wanna start this tmrw(monday)and do it untill i have abs!
    Day 1:I did the workout after lunch.(in the evening I do the beginner one)I definitely felt the burn. Im exhausted and I have a long day but I’ll shower and go on. I sure am happy because I did it!ofcourse no result but it’s normal!Dont loose hope and I hope this will motivate someone!
    Day 2:Ok so I’ve done it I’m pretty tired but I did it and well it was kinda easier than yesterday but more tiring.Thank you all for the support!!🥰
    Day 3:Today the exercises were harder then ever I don’t know why! I still did them but I feel like I didn’t do them well..
    Day 4:Today was actually a lot better!I did them all and I gelt the burn but I’m not as exhausted as yesterday!Of course no results yet but my tummy is kinda flatter!Thanks for the support and reminders!!🥰
    Day 5:I did the workout well.. But I ate too much and now I’m so mad!Ibdont know what to do! My stomach swells so much after I eat!i hate it..I feel so fat!Any advices?Any advices for tummy massages to have a faster digestion will be perfect!
    Day 6:It has been almost a week.I did it but I don’t feel as good as the other days..I ate soup but still feel so full and my tummy is huge after drinking a glass of water!water make me so fat..By only drinking it my tummy becomes a lot bigger.
    Day 7:I did the workout after lunch but forgot to update you!they get easier day by day!
    2 week: the Belly fat is almost gone!!!
    3 week literally OMG I didn’t update you sorry but you should try this I don’t have perfect and but WOAH I got a flat tummy! Ill update once in a while I think I’ll still continue cause I like exercising
    Week 4/5 I don’t know I’ve been doing this for some more time but like 3/4 times a week only to keep in shape! And omg thanks for all the support and likes!!
    I wanted to say that if you don’t get results don’t worry really!! This helps too! You also have to believe a lot!!

    I actually really love this workout. At first, I was unable to follow up but now I am on the 7th week of Pamela's challenge, and I actually find it almost easy ! NEVER GIVE UP ! I started with 4 weeks of beginner's program, then 2 weeks of 45min program, and today is the day 5 of my first 45min fat burn program ! I've lost 2kg and the most important for me is that even I gained strenght and it's so much easier (still hard sometines though) to complete the entire workout ! Never give up and keep working guys, "Allow yourself to be a beginner, no one starts off being excellent". Love from France !

    Kannst du bitte einen Essensplan erstellen? So pro Woche, wie du das mit den Workouts momentan machst? Ich kann noch so viel trainieren, aber wenn das Essen nicht stimmt... = ( Jetzt hat man ja auch mehr Zeit zum Kochen. ^^

    I had been doing all of Pam's crazy hard ab workouts and found that I couldn't do them with good form because they are so difficult. This workout was really amazing for my level because I felt like I could do the workouts slowly and with good form but they weren't too easy. Thanks so much Pam! I would love to see more of these!

    I love how this absolutely works for me. I've seen results in as early as 1 week, unlike with Chloe Ting's workouts, which I've read are not legit. I came upon this channel because a body trainer recommended it! ❤ I love Pamela Reif and she's so pretty!

      Who says Chloe Ting's workouts are not legit? They worked for me just fine and now I have a really good body. I like Pamela too and I think people who like her shouldn't put Chloe down all the time and constanly compare the two of them. If anything, I think that Pamela's workouts are not "legit", as she doesn't take any break in between anything like never, and that's not really healthy for your training

    Yaaaas! This is exactly what I needed! This morning I made your 10min ab workout, I love it! It's the only Ab workout that helps me angage in the right way so that later I can see the difference and the most important I become stronger and I can perform better. I'm excited to try this one! I love good medium level workouts! AND I must add that I love the music!

    Having done Pamela's ab workouts since the beginning of these lockdowns and shutdowns I can say I am FINALLY able to do this entire workout medium-level without stopping and still feel good. Next goal is to master the intense workouts 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 it's the baby steps you take daily that deliver the biggest results. Thanks Pamela for a great burn workout 🥰❤️never stop reaching your goals!     It was the hardest ab workout of my life, but I did it. I decided to give myself a challenge. I will be doing this workout every day for a week.
    🎯First day: it was hard, but I do Muay Thai and therefore I have good willpower. I did it. I feel a little tired, the press is on fire, but I like it.
    🎯Second day: I did the workout in the morning, it’s already much easier for me, my abs are on fire, I also try to eat healthy food.

    I started my abs workout with Pamela videos and did a 30 days Challenge, it's really effective! This is really much easier but you still can feel the "kick"!👍🏻

    Having completed two 30-day challenges (beginner abs & then lower abs vids) I am excited to move onto this slightly longer (hey, two minutes can make a big difference!) workout vid. The music is pumping, the exercises are fun and easy to replicate, and there’s a fun combo of standing and mat. What’s not to love?
    Day 1: ✅ First day- woohooo! Since I’ve had about a two week break from my last 30DC, I was worried I’d find this challenging, but motivation was high and I gave it everything. Didn’t even falter on a single ab hold. I was absolutely drenched in sweat by the end though…
    Day 2: ✅ Started a later in the night than I would have liked (10:10pm ish) which is annoying, but nothing new. Again, I was able to really put the effort in and do every exercise to the max. The burn I felt at during the high plank at the very end was amazinggg: I knew it was meant to feel like I was dying but I was just ecstatic!
    Day 3: ✅ Done nice and easy. I have to admit, though, that I don’t really get the point of the gold with arm pulses. I don’t feel anything at all when doing them and so they seem kind of pointless. I’ve been replacing them with whatever various crunch or jackknife exercise I feel like doing, to fill what feels like an unneccessary 30sec rest. Am I doing them wrong?
    Day 4: ✅ kind of. Because my phone was playing up, I didn’t do it this day, but I was able to make up for it the day after, so I count that as a success.
    Day 5: ❌ Had a guest over, so had no time.
    Day 6: ✅ I was very tired today, having slept poorly last night. I opted to sub this workout out for a slower 10min ab vid of Pamela’s, because I’m both lacking energy and want to get a good night’s sleep.
    Day 7: ✅ One week in. Yay! The thing is though, I think I might do a mid-challenge vid change, as in transfer my progress so far into a different workout. I realised that this one probably has too many fast, heart rate-boosting exercises that I can’t really afford to be doing right before bed, when I like to do this challenge….

    Letzten Sonntag das Beginner Ab, heute dieses Medium Ab Workout gemacht. Es wird 👍 Hier konnte ich das 2. Mal die Beine schon besser oben halten beim "Hold". Es hat sehr gebrannt aber das war auch gut.

    You are the only channel I am actually making progress with while working out. I am trying to do all workouts on your beginner playlist. A week ago I did the beginner ab workout and I just laid on the floor struggling with my body. Now after a few other workouts of you I did this workout and actually felt my abs under the 10 kilos of fat under my skin.

    Hi! I just wanted to say that this definitely works!! I've been following Pam's workouts for six weeks now and I can see changes! deffo more toned arms, abs and legs and improved cardio. Even though you sometimes feel that it is too hard for you, don't quit! adapt it to an easier exercise or do it slowlier, but don't quit! you feel so motivated and happy when you see the efforts are being paid off

      @@saracanigova2144 i would try her "beginner" workouts or her yoga flow when you're on your period. Also her 2 in 1 workout is completely on the mat and there is no jumping involved, but it targets abs & booty... I think you have to try out what feels good. 😊

    I'm currently doing her 10 min beginner and im starting my second week of doing it. im starting to not get challenged anymore (i play volleyball and im 13 so im used to core workouts) so im excited to try her more intense ones! trust me, it helps by starting at the bottom and working your way up to harder ones
