OK so I am at this point in the game and I have certain things about the plot I don't understand but I'm not sure if that's intentional and will be clarified later...but since I want to get this down I am just going to write this here: -How did Noah and Mio meet and live/team together in every cycle? With them being from warring colonies -Did they become Ouroboros in every cycle? If so, how did that work? With the City recruiting for Ouroborus...I know Noah and Mio were part of the first as well but then: -In the present time...shouldn't the City know who they are?? Shouldn't one of the Vandhams known who N and M were? and seen Noah and Mio and thought it was a groundbreaking discovery that they "split" from their Moebius selves or whatever? -and this is kind of a separate thing, but how could they not know that they are reborn after they die? You know, when you first see all the capsules in the throne room? Even at first, this confused me because I was thinking, ok, they must only be reborn after every single person who knew them dies? And I guess there's just no historical recording... yeah and then Chapter 5-6 only made this more of a mystery to me. Anyway PLEASE NO SPOILERS if any of these is something that gets made more clear later. But if there is something I am overthinking, misunderstanding, or just should know now, if anyone could let me know, that would be really appreciated. Loving this game! What a series
-Noah and Mio met every cycle because it was fate. In life, sometimes you always end up with who you're meant to be with based on your decisions. He chose her every time and intrigued Z as the N and M were this anomaly inside the flow; there's something unexplained that makes them more special than anyone else. -Apparently as N & M are moebius they can't be Ouroboros, but previously they were. -The City knows exactly who they are, especially N. He wiped out the very first city and even his own descendants (even his son's). N razed hell for ages. They split because due to N & M's grief, the path chosen by N, Noah and Mio were birthed by their guilt and the path not chosen. Therefore, N & M became the sole guilt, grief and despair; whereas Noah and Mio became luck, hope, salvation and eventually their real selves that N & M eventually endorsed. -Past chapter 5 the story kind of goes downhill and does not explain a lot of things. However, they just believed they're born and then die via the fake queen Melia. By the time any of them ever figure anything out they've all but left but no time and are rebirthed once again inside the cycle. Keep in mind that past Noahs have made it to Z but failed and failed (due to the flashback of Z taking original Noah's life and you see Origin's lights behind him). Only this time it happened to work out and the cycle is broken Only lifeforms that seem to have known about the cycle and chose not to get involved for so long is Riku and the other Nopons, Melia, Nia etc.. Moebius. Riku has lots to explain as he knows TOO MUCH. Lucky seven is another mystery. All the best. Hopefully DLC explains most of it all.
- In the DLC we see the exact moment they were created and how. Since you said no spoilers, I'll leave it at that! - Nope. Mio has a half-Moebius-half-Ouroboros Iris, N doesn't. - Remember all the hostile gazes when they got there? "You better listen up now, because the *face* of your real enemy is--" - You need to either Interlink as an Ouroboros or become Moebius to be connected back to Origin. By default there's just no read access. You can retain SOME memories by sustaining an injury too severe for Moebius to heal.
