Thank you for this video, it showed me exactly what I needed to know. The tabs at the rear of those caps I probably would have broke. I'm removing mine because the roof leaks and need to reseal. Cheers

This is why you inspect and photograph your car before someone works on it. Pretty sure that roof is scratched up with the parts, tools and bolts placed on it.
