Finally, the AGO brings a show with as much enthusiastic public engagement as the Yayoi Kusama show. I'm looking forward to the Keith Haring exhibition next month!
Wait... did you say... shopS, plural?! Are there more out there that I need to discover?! Haha... maybe we need to plan a creator day and go explore together! :D
@@ever.after.adventures yes! There is Wizard’s Market which you went to, but there is also a shop called Curiosa which is Harry Potter inspired too! And that sounds like a great idea!!!
@@fandomsandfigments Ohhh! Yes you're right! I know that place. I went in there a while back when it was still located in Parkdale... Pretty sure they've moved now. Up for it any time you are!! :)
What a cool place to visit! Beautiful artwork. I had never heard of Kaws before but this is so vibrant and colourful! Amazing cultures and paintings. Lol the simpsons are cute. So many cool sculptures. Some are so huge! Cool there’s an AR component. Love that it’s interactive. Ouuu Harry Potter shop! Love it! Love the ticket to hogwarts and love potion you got! Thanks for sharing with us, great video as always! 😊💕
The exhibit was so super cool! Definitely my style of artwork... I find that even though I love art, I don't really gravitate towards some of the more traditional pieces these days, so it was really cool to see something that I felt really spoke to me! The Harry Potter shop was also super cool! Apparently it's been there for 4 years, and I've walked by a million times, but I've never noticed it before! Thanks so much for watching and sharing your thoughts!!
The KAWS exhibit looks very interesting. Had no idea it was inspired by Mickey Mouse - very cool! The Harry Potter store looks awesome too. Will definitely have to check it out next time I’m in the area. Were prices reasonable?
It was super cool! I didn't know about the Mickey Mouse inspiration until I read about it on the description of the piece. In doing my research for this video (after the fact), I've realized that I want to go back and check it out on a more in-depth level! The Harry Potter store was super cool! Prices were decent, depending on what you were looking at. The Loungefly that James pointed out was I think $125, which is way too high (I saw the same one on Amazon.ca for less), but other things, like the scrapbook paper/stickers were pretty much exactly what you'd find them for at say, Michael's, but with a bigger selection. I didn't look too closely at the pricing for clothing, because I wasn't in the market for it. I ended up buying a Love Potion necklace and a Ticket to Hogwarts, and I paid about $17 after taxes... which I think was reasonable!
cant wait to check it out next week!
Hope you enjoy it! Thanks so much for watching and commenting!

We would have to agree and are also looking forward to checking out the Keith Haring exhibit!
Love the Harry Potter shops! I was thinking about checking them out this fall, but now I have to make sure I do, because these look incredible! 😍
