How to save Revit Project file and Backup files

How change the view scale in my Revit it shows 1:100 but in your 1/8"=10 please help me to change this

If you will work in metric template file it will show 1:50,1:100 etc before starting project select metric default template when starting Revit instead of imperial template file which will show ft n inches scale .I have created video in playlist

Compact file option is not showing in file save option
And remaining all are doing same process but again file is not save

Are you using Revit lt version?? Please download other version

@@anushasomidi1012 for every software it is save as file and after that save it...compact file is needed when your file is too heavy and worksharing ..
