10 years on revit never knew i could do that , this would be useful for door handle types
We do this for door panels. Very powerful and helpful.

Question, I wonder if there's a way to remove the time in the sheet label text Date/time stamp, i only want the date to be printed automatically not the time, is there a way to do that?

When i create a oval slanted wall of degree 25 then i tried to create a wave roof on the top it couldn't attach to the roof and also i couldn't shape the roof according to the shape that i've created so, can you please a video of it.
The only issue with this type of parameter is that once you use the family within a project, all the families IN THE PROJECT with same category appear in the dropdown list parameter.
This issue is only present when the nested family is shared, even if you need it to be shared it has a workaround, menaing I don't have to fave the depicted issue ever

@@vinyfiny I use 3 level nesting,
Level 1 shared family
Level 2 not shared family
Level 3 final family
Each is nested in the next level
In the project you can chose only from nested level 2 families in the type dropdown, but you can schedule the families from level 1

Can i do that with doors and windows if I define all their parameters as instance parameters?
how this is different from using the type selector?
Is it also possible to use this with materials? So you have a dropdown list just with a few materials?
