This video was invaluable, thank you! I was just gifted a clock from my wonderful grandparent's estate and had no idea what to do to set it up. A lot of the videos had three keyholes and mine only has two. Thanks a million and thanks for showing the tip about needing to turn the minute hand for every hour to ring when you set the clock. I was so confused as to why it was ringing wrong haha
thanks for the info. I forgot which side was the chime was on. I put a label on the inside to remind me. don't want to hear the chime cause I live in a small apartment. 😂
Thank you I just purchased an old 31 Day wall clock and didn't know how many times to wind it. I have a mantel clock from when my grand mother past but I think I over wownd I because now it doesn't work properly anymore how can I fix this?
Does it really last 31 days or so? Hard to imagine that much power in such a little package. My long-case grandfather clock only lasts about 7 days and some change, despite being much larger.
Yeah l have one similar to your clock. Wasn't sure how to operate it so l put it up for sale . Bloke contacts me and tells me how to get it cranking ... . Happy daze .. .
Hats off to this man for keeping his cool during all these cup cake questions 😂
I feel his frustration 😅
Agreed; what a lovely guy!
@@corbinbuesch289I litterally understand but like they don’t need to make it like a joke. Its easy to set up the clock.
My great grandfather bought this old clock in 1930s and gave to my grandfather and to my father and to me.. Kinda old school but I love it
The clock is special because it is old school. You should be proud you own it, not apologize for owning it!
Thank you for this informative video. Thank you from Wyalkatchem in Western Australia
A masterpiece, I have three like it that I take care of every day.
