Hey team! I left you a mini research-breakdown on plyometrics in the description below. Feel free to read into that in order to perform this routine correctly. 🤗 This should also answer any questions on how & when to use plyometrics in your training. IMPORTANT: 👀 This routine IS NOT SUPPOSED to make you feel exhausted, super sweaty or breathing heavily. ✋🏼 So if you feel like you’re out of breath: take a break mid-interval! This is no joke - we’re aiming for an adaptation in the connective tissue, not your cardiovascular system. Therefore you want QUALITY reps, not quantity. ENJOY! xx Julia
Normally I'm a silent follower and I do your core and mobility workouts about 3-4 times a week in between my Iron Man training, but I recently got into plyometrics and wanted to find some good workouts. And now YOU HAVE PLYOMETRICS AS WELL?! I wanted to jump trough the roof because you really helped me build a strong base with your workouts! So happy i can continue my plyometrics journey with you as well ❤
This workout looks absolutely amazing! I'm not a passionate runner but love to incorporate plyometrics into my weight lifting routine. So happy that I found your channel a few weeks ago as I'm also waving in more mobility and stretching. Many thanks for the detailed information in the description box. Your videos are really helpful! Keep up the great work! ❤
It was a rude awakening to find out plyo work HURT last year. Re-activating that musculature and fascia has been an interesting experience. This will help. Danke Julia!
This was so fun. I absolutely loved it. I used this video before a lower body workout. I felt it was perfect. Not too long also which is a treat for a warmup. I’m so happy you share your mobility knowledge with us. It literally has changed my life. ❤❤
I've been working a bit in this space, mostly double under jump rope... No still can't do many , I'm getting there.. Loved this video, felt like the neighbors were watching me, I'm sure they would feel ready to jump a bit anyway! Thank you Julia!
This is fab, I can’t wait to incorporate this into my fitness regime. Have been wanting to but wasn’t sure where to begin. Really appreciate you putting this together and for all the related information and instruction. And all your other high quality videos too! 👌I’ve also heard that plyometrics are highly recommended for older women (40+) to build bone density which decreases as we age 💪
Super Video ! was es ganz besonders macht ist die gezeigte Aufwärmphase - könnte mir sehr helfen wieder zu mehr Beweglichkeit zu kommen - nur Muskelaufbau ab ü60 ist es halt nicht. 😘
This is fantastic! I’ve been adding plyos into my training block and I haven’t been able to find many good follow along plyo vids, more of this type of work please 🙏🏼
this targets some muscles I did not know I had :D nice one, but I think I will have to do a half of my running now because this made my legs a bit heavy. I am a total beginner, just for the record.
This would work! :) Leave out the cool down at the end. Also: I would not perform this exakt routine more than 2-3x per week and not back to back without giving it a good 48h of rest in between.

These are difficult to create as follow along routines! I added some bits on why in the description. But I think we found a good middle ground. 🤗
Commenting for the algorithm! Thanks!
