You can use TIP122 ic its a Darlington pair ic by which you can drive your 24v realy with 10 to 12v supply

@@chandumca062 I can't send on TH-cam for sure. Just get a cheap Arduino board, attach it & relay modules. Copy paste code, it's done.
I wrote my own code & used solenoid valve to make a professional system.
Or find any IC 555 circuit all will work fine. Just you need to adjust too many times the resistance to get it right. Better code a micro controller.

Probably your solenoid valve is a normally closed type , so if you switch the connection from NC to NO on the relay, it might work , other valve may open on switching on the power supply
