Connecting ir sensor with 555 timer switch
When we put hand near or sensor it work for only 2 sec
So no wastage of much sanitizer

Obviously if it is under direct sunlight it will give false signal but to avoid that stop relying on ready made sensors and make your own let me give you a hint use tsop receiver and transmitter pair everything else I won't tell you that's my trade secret
Use tsop.ir sensor
Use ultrviolet ones they are best bro no sunlight issue and cover much area and detect easily

Thanks, I know i am uploading this late because amazon and flipcart services are started now so those who want to make such machine can order their components. Previously every one did not had all the components available at their home and there was no other way to get this materials in lockdown👍

Your both sensors (IR and Relay) must be active High
Or both must be Active low,
In your case one of this is opposite

Check what values your IR sensor gives when any object detected
If the value is LOW then use active Low relay
And if the value is High use active High relay
U have put a transister. What is d number. Is it timed control or continuous giving senitizer

Not a gud idea guys , moving alcohol through a brushed DC motor, alcohol is flammable be safe
I know this brother so rather than using a water pump i used a air pump, and this pump has no contact with the alcohol, it is just throwing air inside the bottle from the top so there is no contact with the motor, and due to air pressure the liquid comes out from another pipe inside the bottle, you can see it clearly
