they both turned out great
Dude thanks for a easy answer . Sublimation looks more sharp but they both are still pretty good😂
I have been looking to get a heatpress
I still do both
Which one is better to do that’s where I’m stuck at because idk which to do thx
Can sublimation printing can be done on cotton??
Can you zoom into the print? Can’t really tell the difference
Hi there! We have a few videos of close ups on our channel :)
Where can i buy 100% polyester shirts?
Only thing I don’t like is that the colors are not glossy or more vibrant
How do you just print the design on the shirt and not the whole white surrounding border?
Use cutter plotter like a cameo/ cricut
With sublimation only the ink transfers onto the garment. There is no film or background from the paper that transfers. Inkjet heat transfer paper does have a film/background, so that has to be cut out with a vinyl cutter. This video better explains what contour cutting is: th-cam.com/video/i2bDOatjc60/w-d-xo.html
@@crftieph uh no. Wth did you even read the question? 😅
@@SrJonAnthony ? i literally had the same answer as the person who posted this video... lol you have to cut it out using a cutter plotting machine for dark transfers - you can read the reply on this question again 🙂
What kind of printer are you using? Also can I use regular printer and that paper to print in clothes?
Hi there! For the sublimation transfer we used a Sawgrass SG500 printer and for the inkjet heat transfer paper we used a Pixma Canon ix6280. If you have a standard inkjet printer, you can use inkjet heat transfer paper on garments :)
@@HeatPressNation thanks for your time and attention
Great demo, Which holds up better after washing? I always feel the sublimation will stay longer.
Yes, sublimation will stay the longest as it dyes the fabric, whereas standard heat transfer paper sits on top of the fibers.
@@HeatPressNation Thank you for the response.
sublimation is also on an ugly polyester shirt, LOL.@@HeatPressNation
What brand do you recommend for heat transfer paper when using blend tshirts
What kind of paper is it exactly?
We used Paropy Inkjet Dark Pro and TexPrint DT Light Sublimation paper.
🤩
Which stays after several washes?
Hi there! Sublimation is the heat transfer that is permanent and the most long lasting as you are dyeing the threads rather than the ink sitting on top of the garment. Standard heat transfer paper (inkjet or laser) lasts about 25+ washes. Hope this helps!
Which type of material used in sublimation transfer?
Hi there! We used TexPrint DT Light paper for the sublimation transfer.
Fabric polyester or cotton ?
@@HeatPressNationCan we do sublimation printing on any type of fabric or any specific type of fabrics only to be used for this type of printing?
What type of ink for the poppy
can the heat transfer be printed with laser printers
The Paropy Heat Transfer Paper we used on this video is with inkjet inks, however, a laser option is available.
Sublimation is still softer
@@irenegarcia118That is my thinking. I use heat transfer type paper in a pinch, for like my nieces and nephews who want a new shirt at least once a week it seems, lol. It's just that the transfers leave a rubber-ish, plastc+ish, heavy feel. They are great dor hats and bags, etc. though. At least in my experience.$
