Fair warning to everyone: I purchased the HP Omen 27qs three times, and each one had the same manufacturing defect-the screen was slightly misaligned with the stand by a few degrees.
Hey Jason (same name ) just wondering if you had an opinion on the pixio 1440p wave. The reason I’m asking is because I’m looking to get my girlfriend a new monitor for her ps5 and I was just gonna get the m27q but I seen that there’s a pink pixio I could get her instead what are your thoughts about that?
Man, I wish we had pricing like that here in nz. That monitor is like $1200 here lol. That's bout $700 USD? And that's on sale. The last time I remember good actual sales (not just discounting trash they can't sell) was like 10-15 years ago. Edit. Even accounting for currency, and sales tax (15%) the price should be in the $800-$900 dollar range locally. We are getting ripped off.
1200 is insane for a monitor period hells i think 400 is insane for a 32 in monitor, i have 2 32 in 1080p h igh refresh monitors, i use only when building new pc's, i use my 65 in 4k tv for gaming.
Earlier this week I bought me the 32 AW3225QF for the pc I'm building in January. Currently using it on my ps5 and loving it I saw it was on sale and jumped on it immediately thank you for your recommendation.

Hey Jason quality content as always, I saw the part in the video about an MSI Monitor having issues, was that an isolated incident and you feel Msi is a solid brand otherwise? I’m deciding whether to get the Msi 274urf/upf or save a little and get the predator monitor you showed or m28U
The one here yes the issues have been fixed and MSI is a solid brand for sure. You can't go wrong with any of them (and of course I'm a little biased towards the M28U since its my main gaming/editing monitor)
Jason, I'm a new subscriber and really love how informative your videos are. I am not really monitor savy so would really appreciate your advise. I built my first PC earlier this year and am still upgrading my setup as i go. Next in line to upgrade are monitor/s. I really want the most bang for my buck but bc I am thinking of getting (2) monitors. I can't go all out. Do you think purchasing (1) AOC OLED 240HZ and another of lesser specs would be a good idea, maybe a LCD option? If so, which one? I am running a 4090 & Ryzen 9 7900X3D, and just upgraded my desk a week ago, so my budget isnt what I was hoping it would.
Nice PC you got there! Personally I recommend getting two of the same monitor if you are going for two. So OLED may not be best in that situation. I'd consider going for one really nice monitor instead in this case.
I picked up the OMEN 27qs after getting the notification of a price drop from Best Buy. I had it sitting in my cart after your recommendation on a previous video. Thanks for keeping us informed.
That OLED price is crazy! I bought an LG GS95QE earlier this year for $550 . I actually prefer the matte screen for gaming. I can play dark games with the lights on and not see my reflection on the screen.

Just bought the Agon PRO AG276QZD2 27" for 399.99 at Microcenter today. Upgrading from an Asus Tuf Gaming VG27A1A monitor. Hopefully its what all hype is about. Keep up the awesome work. Happy Holidays.
Hey there, was looking forward to the vid as I've been wanting to get a new monitor this year. I do have a question though, as after looking at other reviews for monitors(from monitor unboxed iirc) they were talking about how the Asus rog strix XG27AQDMG is one they would recommend for 1440p oled if price wasn't taking into consideration. Rn amazon has the AoC AG276QZD2 for $399 and the Asus for $549. Do you think the Asus one is worth the 150$ price hike or should I just stick with the AOC cus it seems like an amazing deal?
Just picked up the Acer monitor (did you recommend it last year? I bought it last year on Black Friday and here I am again haha). Thanks, Jason! Looking forward to seeing your recommendations for 7800 XTs and 7900 XTs, as I'm looking to upgrade my 6700 XT. Once again thanks so much and best wishes to you and the rest of the group!
Nice!! So glad we can help and yes I think those prices will keep dropping so we'll post when we think the've hit bottom. But of course if you see a price you can't pass up go for it!
Hey Jason! I was wondering what your recommendation would be for playing on PS5 and an RTX 3060. I’ll probably upgrade CPU sometime down the line. Would you recommend going OLED or LCD? I’m looking to get the best picture I can while gaming but something that also displays text nice as I do a lot of excel work. Thanks man!
The PS5 would do well with OLED but the 3060 would struggle to power it. Check out our Best Gaming Monitor 2024 video for a breakdown of what that GPU is good with. And I've got the deals updated in that video description too look for the fire emojis
Thanks for another good rundown. I wish you would have included at least one good deal on a 21:9 monitor. I know that the Steam hardware survey shows only about 1 in 40 gamers have 21:9 monitors, but I do wish more creators would acknowledge the market with some suggestions about people considering moving to ultrawide.
Now I'm not super knowledgeable when it comes to monitors but I'm trying to get an oled 1440p 240hz monitor with freesync premium pro for the best sync. I heard regular premium is capped at 144 and the pro goes to 240. Do yall think it's worth it. Most of the premium monitors go for around 200-300 while the premium seem to be around 450-600
Amazing video Jason and you are correct we are experiencing the Law of Diminishing Returns monitors won't get much cheaper . That monitor for $399 is an amazing deal so thank you
Whats your opinion about SAMSUNG Odyssey G85SB? Is it a good monitor to buy for its price(648)? Thanks for the video, i really find useful this information. Saludos desde Argentina
Thanks for the video! I was thinking to get an OLED monitor but I keep hearing Q1 and Q2 of next year will introduce more panels and that will lower the prices even more in 6 months or so. My current build, 5600x+6800xt can get around 80 FPS in AAA games at 2k res so there's also that, and I don't play fast multiplayer games either. Always checking your vids, Jason! Much love!
They might indeed! Though I do caution people prices don't generally fall on popular last gen items as fast as we'd like when new stuff comes out. New stuff is always overpriced and buggy for a while and demand for last gen stays high (look at the current 7800X3D prices for example). So do factor in the value of your time (:
Yo Jason, I have a question. For the 165-180hz 1440p monitors you've featured in this episode, which one would have the best contrast, color accuracy, and just the best viewing experience? Are there other monitors with similar specs that you would recommend for my preference that weren't on the video? Thanks so much! You have been helping me understand pc parts, and their value for a year from now!
We do usually include some keyboards and mice in our coverage over black friday but its not our main area and we don't cover gaming chairs sorry. But I'm sure others on youtube will put good content around it!
YO! I snagged the LG 1440p 240hz one. Oh course now that the AOC OLED is at 100usd More I am uncertain. Is it worth the extra 100? I do casual multiplayer games and planning on doing Photo editing. Is the LG IPS panel sufficient?
You really don’t need to worry about g snyc! Any of these will work great with Nvidia GPUs see our Best Gaming Monitor video for more on that. And the Gigabyte M27U is great for color! We use it as our main editing station
I recently got the aoc q27g3xmn 27 180hz monitor for £250 from £299 Would any of the 1440p monitors here in this video be a better monitor than that when pairing with my 7800xt and ryzrn 5 7600? Or even one of the 4k ones?, because I'd be tempted to take mine back to look at one of these if the deal & monitor is that much better?
Can your video card even push higher then 165hz at 4k with games you play? My 4070 leaves me below the 180hz my 1440p monitor can do in a lot of games.
Can’t wait for 4K OLED Ultrawide format to become a thing!! I love ultrawide for work, and my KVM 1440p ultrawide has been a great monitor. Next ultrawide I’m going curved though
Yo dude! I’m on an Xbox series x, coming from a rather large 4k tv with only 60hz I believe, is the gigabyte M27Q the very best option? would you go for the 4k acer xb273k? 4k is cool but I’m not sure if it matters at the screen size. My tv is 4k but it’s huge enough that small text is hard to read, a fps games can be a struggle. Was planning on buying a 1440p but could go higher if it’s totally worth it. And would you say the gigabyte is the absolute best 1440p for console at the moment? Don’t see a reason to go any higher in hz, $180 seems like a great deal for near peak performance out of my Xbox. Don’t really plan to get a pc any time soon. Thanks!
@ ok thank you!! Would you at all recommend the Dell G2724D over it? I hear everyone recommending it, but it seems a lot cheaper and the 4 version is only available directly from Dell, the cheaper G2725D version has sorta taken over
For the first monitor in the video, (1440p 240hz oled) I actually bought the newer model of it that you mentioned after you announced the older model, is it worth canceling the order and getting the older one instead due to potential issues you mentioned?
Hey, I really love your videos-they've been super helpful in making decisions! My birthday is on Black Friday, and I’d love to hear your recommendation for a good monitor to buy. I’ve been using a 65" 4K TV for years, but I’ve never really used or seen a gaming monitor in action. I’m not sure about the difference between 60Hz-120Hz and 120Hz-240Hz. I have a budget of around $200 but can go higher if it’s worth it. I saw two monitors at Walmart: a Samsung G5 34" UltraWide for $210 and the 32GN600 for $199. Are these worth the price, or should I check out Amazon or Best Buy for a better deal? I’m mostly interested in a 1440p UltraWide if possible and anything else that makes a monitor great like HDR If you think its worth It Appreciate any advice!
Happy Birthday! The 1440p ones around $200 in this video are way stronger then those two you mentioned. For more on why, see our Best 1440p Gaming Monitor 2024 video!
I can't decide between the AOC CQ27G3Z and GIGABYTE M27Q😩i wasnt really trying to go over 200 but 220 for 240 Hz sounds good i just dont know if its worth it
Debating between the AOC AG276QZD OLED mentioned at the start or the AOC Q27G3XMN mini led. There are pros and cons to each, which is the better buy for 1440p gaming?
For gaming, the OLED is hands down better. Remember these types of panels were going for $1000 earlier this year. The Q27G3XMN is definitely a good monitor, but it can't stand up in a direct comparison to an OLED.
I prefer this ultrawide deal personally. - amzn.to/3V5eqkP (affiliate link) And theres some other good ones out there you should compare, that price seems high to me. Check out our Best 1440p Gaming Monitor 2024 video for more!
I’m building a new PC and plan on waiting for the 5080 gpu. I’m looking to buy a monitor during Black Friday. Rumors are the 50 series will have dp 2.1 support. Do you recommend I buy the gigabyte monitor that supports dp 2.1 or buy the 1.4? I don’t really want to dish out $1K+ for a monitor though I also want to make sure I’m getting the best monitor I can get for the 5080. Decisions decisions…please help 🙏
@ thanks so much! Yes I wanted to get either one of those MSI monitors but they are both glossy and I’m looking for matte considering my set up. What r your thoughts on the Gigabyte Aorus FO32U2?
I personally use a 4K HDR Mini-LED for gaming and leave my LG 4K Oled TV for the quick game session and mainly for movies as I don’t want burn in on my Oled!
We've had LG OLED TVs for years and don't baby them at all, no burn in issues whatsoever. I would let yourself relax on it, the anti burn in tech is very strong (;
@@danehassan1806no lol that guy has just lived in fear his whole life and probably fucked up a lot of his electronics due to his low iq & own negligence, so he takes precautions now. You don’t have to worry about the burn in
Could you make a video about the best laptop deals?? I am currently thinking about getting the ASUS ROG Strix G16 (2024) but I am not sure if it’s a good deal
I just updated our Best Gaming Laptop 2024 video today with some current deals marked with fire emojis in the description. But we will definitely keep covering laptops in videos next week too
i built my first pc, components cpu; ryzen 5 5600 gpu; rx 7800 xt ram; corsair 16gb ddr4 3600 (ive ordered an additional 16gb) mobo; b550 pro vdh wifi psu; corsair rm650 80 plus gold. is there any bottle neck on this I'm still kind of new to pc I've had it nearly 2 months and if there is bottleneck what do recommend i should change/upgrade
Yes price trackers are great! And since its our job to track the prices we also have monthly spreadsheet data from the past 4 years. So we can share only the actual genuine deals! And possibly with February. I have found the best deals are over the holiday sales, then lower prices generally go through January then start to rise end of January. But it depends on the part
Hi jason quick question when i buy a budget am5 motherboards, a lot of people seem to think theyre generally only good for cpus like the 7600x, but to upgrade my cpu in the future i should go for a much better atx motherboards now. Can you clarify for me? About the upgradeabilitt of cheap vs high tier motherboards
We will actually have an updated video on this soon but you can check out our current Best Ryzen Motherboard 2024 video on this for now. And if you're looking for 9800X3D in particular see our 9800X3D build guide for more
Help!!! I can’t stop buying monitors. Curved or Flat I cant decide so have bought one of each from Gigabyte. Picked up the GS32Q and M32QC models. Both have similar specs just the M32 has more features which I probably don’t need but it was the cheaper of the two. I mainly play FPS but also some RTS games. Both have had great reviews and both have pros and cons. I’m leaning to wards the flat as that’s what I’m used to but will the curve rock my world?
Me personally I love the Gigabyte but I also prefer flat panels because I also do production work. So really this is going to boil down to your preferences. (:
@PCBuilderChannel well I got pc with 4070ti super running on 50inch qled vizio 120hz tv thinking of getting better one but didn't know going smaller would be better for 240hz or tv 50inch 120hz
I paid over £700 for my ROGPG278Q that was nearly 10 years ago & im only now considering buying a 32 inch. Do you need a 4090 to game in 4K ? i mainly play MMO's.
Nope! Check out our Black Friday GPU guide we sort which GPUs are good for what resolution. But basically for 4k I recommend 4070 super /7900Gre and up
Its a tough call on some of the deals .. the MSI 32" oled was at £900 but then so is the gigabyte version and the samsung g8 on amazon ... LG on their site was doing 32gs95ue for £998 ... is the w oled worth the extra ... and searching for reviews on the best to get most seem to say asus is the one to get despite the higher price but is it £250 better in performance? the reviews were all on the non discounted prices for the monitors
Big question here. I’ve done some research but can’t quite figure out which is best between the Pg27qft2a vs the G274qpf (non-GD) They are roughly the same price
Any except the LCD 240hz as consoles are locked to 120hz so the extra refresh rate is just a waste. But the OLED 240hz are great because the HDR looks amazing!
@@PCBuilderChannel perfect thank you. Before this video I was stuck between oled and the Samsung neo g7. I can get it for like 375 after my workplace discount. I don’t want to spend over 700 so which direction would you choose?
Ive noticed that all the recommended 1440p monitors are 27", it'd be appreciated if some 32" recommendations were thrown in too. I know it's not the ideal size for 1440p but some people like myself still need a larger monitor for various reasons (my case being i have poor vision and dislike the size of my current 27" 1080p)
I almost jumped on your recommended oled screen, but then i did research about burn in and basically having to "baby" the screen by not keeping static images and it's REALLY making me lean towards the 27GR83Q-B LG ultragear if i have to worry that much about it
Anti burn in technology is pretty darn good these days. We have an oled gaming screen and literally never have to think about it. But if you do plan to do a lot of daily stuff (lots of text reading) or production work OLED isn’t necessarily the best choice. Which is why our hybrid setups are with the gigabyte M27U
@PCBuilderChannel awesome, I'll go with the LG Ultragear for general use then, and maybe try an OLED monitor for a second monitor when my wallet isn't bleeding as much from building my first pc! You've taken a load off my shoulders!
@@b-spiral8314 bro this guy is just naming some of the more overpriced recommended mid tier monitors. Go with the KTC 27E22 (USA) or KTC 27E22S (EU) if you're trying to save money and have a really fast response time. Its an HVA panel, has 3x-4x more contrast than almost all 1440p non oled monitors, and is only $190 rn on amazon. 240hz, HVA 4MS response time which is comparable to some of the most expensive IPS panels.
Can you please make a similar video on laptops, make sure to include EU (France) if possible and budget builds please (600 700 ish euros maybe??) thanks
We will cover laptop deals in our Black Friday coverage next week but sadly it will be US market focused, its just too hard for our 3 person 3 cat team to be knowledgeable enough in markets outside our own to make good recommendations. But the Amazon recommendations at least might be the same for you and hopefully the performance info is helpful
I had the AOC in my cart however and was originally going to pick it up. But when I noticed the drop of the Corsair I thought it would be better as the additional features like DP Alt and hdmi 2.1 seems great for the addition price.
the aoc 27" shown at the beginning looks very enticing for the price to replace my lg 32" va monitor but im skeptical about burn in. sometimes i leave my pc on to install updates and come back later on, will it affect the panel harshly?

Thanks for the this one! I was searching for a good deal and you saved me a ton of time!
You bet! Glad I could help!
Thanks for the advice. Ordered the Acer xb273k and am excited to try it out
You're very welcome! Congrats on the purchase!
Amazing video Jason and you are correct we are experiencing the Law of Diminishing Returns monitors won't get much cheaper . That monitor for $399 is an amazing deal so thank you
Thanks Rand!! Hope you had a good week!
The day after I bought my monitor you posted this lol. How is the KTC 34 inch in your opinion?
Whats your opinion about SAMSUNG Odyssey G85SB? Is it a good monitor to buy for its price(648)? Thanks for the video, i really find useful this information. Saludos desde Argentina
Compared to other options I'd say no depending on your market. See our Best Gaming Monitor 2024 video for more
Thanks for the video!
@@PCBuilderChannel For sure! I am in no rush at all but if I see a good 2k oled for 500-600 euros (tax included) I'll probably take it :)
The Gigabyte is the best hands down! The M27Q. Perfect for this!
@@PCBuilderChannel Okay, Thanks! I'll definitely use this in my next setup!
Jason can you do a video on what gaming keyboards n mice to buy please. Also, gaming chairs would be nice!
That AOC OLED is pretty darn great but I wouldn't use OLED for photo editing personally.
I wish you'd include some 4k G-Sync monitors with good color
You really don’t need to worry about g snyc! Any of these will work great with Nvidia GPUs see our Best Gaming Monitor video for more on that. And the Gigabyte M27U is great for color! We use it as our main editing station
@@PCBuilderChannel Ahh okay, thank you!
Just bought the M27Q after your video. I needed a 2nd 1440P screen so this is nice and affordable
Congrats on the pickup! $179 is insane as this monitor was going for $350 not that long ago!
@PCBuilderChannel I got it for 179 eur which was super surprising as usually they are more expensive in Europe
Hey, Jason Do you think a 32" 1440p 165 to 240htz monitor or do you know any good brands with these specs? Price about$200-$250
Gigabyte Currently has the Gigabyte GS32Q which is a 32inch 170hz 1440p Monitor for $200
@kelley09162 Thank you. I will check that out
Do you have any secondary monitor recommendations? Something for Discord and TH-cam, as my main is a 27" 1440p 240hz ASUS.
I just bought that HP Omen Monitor at Best Buy around Prime Day deals. Great monitor.
Nice pickup! Thanks for sharing
I recently got the aoc q27g3xmn 27 180hz monitor for £250 from £299
Would any of the 1440p monitors here in this video be a better monitor than that when pairing with my 7800xt and ryzrn 5 7600? Or even one of the 4k ones?, because I'd be tempted to take mine back to look at one of these if the deal & monitor is that much better?
This is what I need! Thanks Jason!
Happy to help!! When I saw these prices I knew we couldn't wait on getting them out (;
Wasn't expecting a video released right now. The deals must be hot.
We sure wern’t either! But I saw these deals and I'm afraid they will sell through, so we pushed out a surprise bonus video (:
Is there a big difference between the MSI 4K OLED 165hz and 240hz? If my budget is a little lower, should I just go with the 165?
Can your video card even push higher then 165hz at 4k with games you play? My 4070 leaves me below the 180hz my 1440p monitor can do in a lot of games.
Can’t wait for 4K OLED Ultrawide format to become a thing!! I love ultrawide for work, and my KVM 1440p ultrawide has been a great monitor. Next ultrawide I’m going curved though
Love KVM!
Is the acer nitro worth it or get the gigabyte? Either Looks like a good deal
The gigabyte deal is particularly insane!
What do you think is the best 1440p flat ips gaming monitor with the best color/screen/good response time? Anything around 165hz is fine. Thx!
Right now I like the Gigabyte M27Q in the video!! Perfect for this and insane deal
It's not IPS, but the AOC Q27G3XMN or whatever the letter combo is is the best non-OLED 1440p monitor right now for the price.
Just picked up an MSI G274QPX for $280 on amazon. Im excited!!
Nice!!
What do you think about the gigabyte AORUS fo27q2? Barely anyone has reviewed it. Do you know if it’s the same as the fo27q3 but just lower hz?
Picked up the Alienware AW2725DF 27" 1440p thanks for your post about it!
Awesome!!
What do you think of the Dell G2724D?
I actually picked it up, and it's pretty nice! Just don't have anything to compare it to.
You're always rolling the dice, whether you wait or buy.
Jason always coming in clutch! I may just buy that 7900XT….
Happy to help! I can always be wrong but I suspect we may see better deals on the 7900XT closer to Black Friday
@@PCBuilderChannel Thanks! I had the same feeling actually
Wjat better option, AOC CQ27G3Z or G5OD Samsung Odyssey?
This black Friday sucks.. all GPUs are still without change, but well manage to get a 4070 to super 734 USD was 799
Check the description, there are some good Radeon deals and a 4070 super ti deal already. But GPUs I suspect we'll see some more pop up
@@PCBuilderChannel yeah I just got the 4070 ti super and the 7 7800x3d.
I'm going to build your 1800 rig!

Hows the ASUS VG27AQ in 2024?? Great deal in Canada. Thanks
Yes the video i've been waiting for Thanks
We thought we'd need to wait but the prices dropped so fast today we rushed to get this out. Hope its helpful!
@@PCBuilderChannel You can always do a part 2 lol
Don’t see a reason to go any higher in hz, $180 seems like a great deal for near peak performance out of my
Xbox. Don’t really plan to get a pc any time soon. Thanks!
The M27Q is a great option for you!! I would snap that up personally
If you feel uncomfortable you certainly can, and get the one that's more tested instead. I might personally
@ thanks, do you know what”advantages” the new one is supposed to have?
Glossy > matte
@ is it? I genuinely don’t know what’s the difference?
You have a birthday for the whole month? Black Friday isee to be on for one now ;)
Happy Birthday! The 1440p ones around $200 in this video are way stronger then those two you mentioned. For more on why, see our Best 1440p Gaming Monitor 2024 video!
@@PCBuilderChannel Thank you again! I'll check it out
this the one ive been waiting for in the market for an oled
This is a fantastic OLED deal!
Are these deals going to stay till black Friday?
That's the thing, no way to know and I kind of doubt it. That's why I rushed to get this out tonight. I'm afraid stuff might sell through fast
Can you do an updated video on best monitors for consoles?
We did console's in our regular monitor videos this year, so we cover consoles in our Best 1440p and Best 4k Gaming Monitor videos
We are getting screwed with prices in EU
I can't decide between the AOC CQ27G3Z and GIGABYTE M27Q😩i wasnt really trying to go over 200 but 220 for 240 Hz sounds good i just dont know if its worth it
I'll be honest that Gigabyte M27Q is a crazy good deal
Debating between the AOC AG276QZD OLED mentioned at the start or the AOC Q27G3XMN mini led. There are pros and cons to each, which is the better buy for 1440p gaming?
For gaming, the OLED is hands down better. Remember these types of panels were going for $1000 earlier this year. The Q27G3XMN is definitely a good monitor, but it can't stand up in a direct comparison to an OLED.
@ I appreciate the response! Your channel has been very helpful as I work on building my first PC 💪
Jason how do you feel about Walmart's Black Friday deal for the Samsung Odyssey G5 C34G55T for $220? Feels like a steal for a budget Ultrawide.
I prefer this ultrawide deal personally. - amzn.to/3V5eqkP (affiliate link) And theres some other good ones out there you should compare, that price seems high to me. Check out our Best 1440p Gaming Monitor 2024 video for more!
Still waiting on that 32", flat, VA, 2K, MiniLED, 140-160Hz Display for around 450$ (under 500$ basically). It doesn't exist yet.
Great video, keep up the 🔥content
Thank you!! Appreciate it!
I assume 1.4 is fine.
Looking at prices the MSI MAG 321UP or MSI MPG 321URX depending on how many Hz your want would be the best QD-OLED option.
@ thanks so much! Yes I wanted to get either one of those MSI monitors but they are both glossy and I’m looking for matte considering my set up. What r your thoughts on the Gigabyte Aorus FO32U2?
@@GirlzH00p2 that one seems fine to me if that's what you want.
@ thanks for the help!
I personally use a 4K HDR Mini-LED for gaming and leave my LG 4K Oled TV for the quick game session and mainly for movies as I don’t want burn in on my Oled!
Is that something we have to be concerned about? Can you really burn your shit out like that?
@@danehassan1806 nah, we don't have to worry about burn in anymore.
We've had LG OLED TVs for years and don't baby them at all, no burn in issues whatsoever. I would let yourself relax on it, the anti burn in tech is very strong (;
@@danehassan1806no lol that guy has just lived in fear his whole life and probably fucked up a lot of his electronics due to his low iq & own negligence, so he takes precautions now. You don’t have to worry about the burn in
the 27' corsair OLED 1440p 240hz is 50% off right now at $500, id check that out

psu; corsair rm650 80 plus gold.
is there any bottle neck on this I'm still kind of new to pc I've had it nearly 2 months and if there is bottleneck what do recommend i should change/upgrade
Your specs are all good mate, for hard drives get an internal SSD to make the loading screens faster and you should be golden
@ thanks I made the mistake of installing windows on hdd and not ssd it was painfully slow. I’ve got 3tb ssd now
Use price trackers, sometimes they were cheaper a month ago.
They might also be cheaper in February.
And if you're looking for 9800X3D in particular see our 9800X3D build guide for more
Do you recommend the MSI MPG 271QRX ??
Its a good 360hz 1440p monitor. To me, another 120hz refresh rate isn't worth it but that's entirely up to your gaming preferences!
W.. got that $399 OLED I just couldn't pass up that value!
Great grab! Happy to help!
Do u recommend one of these oleds or a 48 inch b4 120hrz oled tv for 599.trying figure is tv better or monitor?
Depends on what you need it for! For console that 12hz TV is a great call.
@PCBuilderChannel well I got pc with 4070ti super running on 50inch qled vizio 120hz tv thinking of getting better one but didn't know going smaller would be better for 240hz or tv 50inch 120hz
Just picked up the 4k oled 240hz 32inch AORUS FO32U with display port 2.1 for £999 happy days
But basically for 4k I recommend 4070 super /7900Gre and up
Is the Gigabyte M27Q X also good for 260€. Im asking because its not listed in your description below the video
Yes! Its just weirdly expensive in the US market
I’ve done some research but can’t quite figure out which is best between the
Pg27qft2a vs the G274qpf (non-GD)
They are roughly the same price
Jason recommends the PG27qft2a so I would go with that.
Wnat do you think of the Samsung g50d?
Opps just deleted a comment after googling it some more. The M27Q is actually better and cheaper
Would you recommend any of these for console gaming?
Any except the LCD 240hz as consoles are locked to 120hz so the extra refresh rate is just a waste. But the OLED 240hz are great because the HDR looks amazing!
@@PCBuilderChannel perfect thank you. Before this video I was stuck between oled and the Samsung neo g7. I can get it for like 375 after my workplace discount. I don’t want to spend over 700 so which direction would you choose?
Me the OLED for sure if you are primarily gaming! But really you can't go wrong here
@@PCBuilderChannel thanks again!
So for 32 inch Monitors, the Gigabyte GS32Q would be a good choice.
Will you be updating deals throughout the week? I'm looking for the best monitor under a 150$ budget
Are you looking for a 1080p or 1440p Monitor?
@@kelley09162 i would rather prefer a 1440p but im stuck between choosing 1440p or 240 hz because i cant have both with my budget

@@Bitterness_depends on your GPU but I would think 1440p is better than 1080p 240hz
Waiting for 4k 27" OLED's to come out next year for my next big monitor splurge
Can you please make a similar video on laptops, make sure to include EU (France) if possible and budget builds please (600 700 ish euros maybe??) thanks
We will cover laptop deals in our Black Friday coverage next week but sadly it will be US market focused, its just too hard for our 3 person 3 cat team to be knowledgeable enough in markets outside our own to make good recommendations. But the Amazon recommendations at least might be the same for you and hopefully the performance info is helpful
What are your thoughts on picking up the Corsair XENEON 27QHD240 27-Inch OLED? It's currently $500 US on Amazon right now.
Its a good monitor, I can't see why one would do that over the AOC for $399?
I had the AOC in my cart however and was originally going to pick it up. But when I noticed the drop of the Corsair I thought it would be better as the additional features like DP Alt and hdmi 2.1 seems great for the addition price.
the aoc 27" shown at the beginning looks very enticing for the price to replace my lg 32" va monitor but im skeptical about burn in. sometimes i leave my pc on to install updates and come back later on, will it affect the panel harshly?
OLED anti burn in is really strong these days, I wouldn't worry about it personally
